PASADENA — from www.pasadenastarnews.com – A judge on Tuesday postponed the arraignment of a former preacher accused of murdering adult movie actress Felicia Lee.
Brian Randone, 45, of Monrovia, is charged with murder and torture in the death of Lee. The Monrovia woman was found dead on Sept. 11 inside an apartment shared by the couple.
Randone’s lawyer, Mark Overland, requested the delay on Tuesday, saying he still has “things to do on the case.”
The arraignment has been rescheduled for Nov. 19, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said.
Randone has denied the charges. Overland has suggested Lee died of a drug overdose.
Prosecutors contend that injuries on the woman’s body prove she was beaten and suffocated.
