“It’s a radio show out of Florida,” says Hendrix who had just got back from Las Vegas where she attended a concert with friends.

Hendrix, who’s now living out here after moving from Florida, got the show based on a mainstream film she did called, Live Evil.

“It’s a vampire horror film,” explains Hendrix. “It played a bunch of theaters in Florida, and it’s one of those movies that goes pretty much straight to Blockbuster. The director of that movie’s brother Jim Terry does the radio show. So they liked my personality and contacted me to be a co-host. I said I’ll try it out starting this week and see how it goes. I think it’s kind of cool.”

Hendrix, who’s been in the business since she was 18 and will be 22, says she’ll do her stint by phone and computer.

“I was only doing solo and girl-girl before,” adds Hendrix who used to be a contract girl for Pink TV.

“That was fun for awhile. Then I moved out here in April and decided to get an agent and do boy-girl. You can only work so long doing girl-girl.”

Hendrix, who’s now repped by LA Direct, also mentions that she loves doing anal.

“And it’s a fun business,” she adds. “Especially when you have the upper hand and can pick people you want to work with.”

Originally a dancer, Hendrix wondered how she could progress in her career to make more money.

“I was told by feature dancers who came into the club, well, you do movies.”

Hendrix then went on the site, sexyjobs.com and put up a profile.

“Then I decided to do a shoot, moved to Miami, and kept doing shoots. I went from there and kept working for companies like Bang Bros and Icy Porn.”

After Hendrix’s contract was up with Pink TV, she decided to make the move to California. Hendrix and Jack Spade used to be an item – over two years- but that’s water over the dam. Hendrix doesn’t want to talk about it other than to say Spade’s a good guy and they’re really good friends.

“It’s really hard to have a relationship in the business,” Hendrix states. “But if I can stay in the business and have fun, I might as well.”

Regarding whether she wants another contract, Hendrix isn’t sure if she wants to pursue that avenue again. Although she has talked to several companies.

“I’m not sure whether I want to sign- you do lose out on a lot of money,” Hendrix notes. “You can get exposure and, yeah, it’s fun, I guess. But nowadays the business has changed so much and I think it’s smarter to not have a contract. Then I get people telling me- you’re so pretty. Why do you do anal? Well, I like it. I even put a quote on MySpace saying I make anal pretty.”

Actually, a great slogan when you think about it.

“Right now I’m having the time of my life and getting paid to do something civilians do for free,” she adds.

The first time Hendrix made anal pretty was when she was 18.

“It was on a porn set,” she says. “I completely love it. It’s so intense.”

“So was it love at first dick?” I ask her.

“Yeah,” she laughs. “For real. You’re funny.”

Hendrix will be attending the AEE convention where she’ll be signing for Evil Angel and Elegant Angel. And she did a movie for Evil called the Jenny Hendrix Anal Experience which is now out.

“I will be signing for that movie,” she says. “The trailer’s insane.”

With the play on words, I ask Hendrix if that’s where she takes her name from – Jimi Hendrix.

“I used to be Heather Hendrix,” she says. “From Heather Graham- she’s really, really pretty. But I changed it. I am a huge Jimi Hendrix fan.”
