Kink.com’s Newest Site to Offer at Least Three Live Shows Per Day by December

SAN FRANCISCO – Fetish erotica leader Kink.com bolsters its reputation as an industry innovator with the launch of KinkLive.com, a centralized stage from which the company can showcase its diverse array of live-entertainment products and services. The lineup of daily offerings varies from intimate interactive live cam shows to live broadcasts of shoots and special events from nearly all of Kink.com’s 16 premium sites.

“KinkLive.com does three things: it gives our existing live programming a single home, it provides a new source for our user-directed cam shows, and provides a keyhole into our vast catalog by exposing related content to our viewers,” said Erik Gibb, Kink.com’s Director of User Experience and the KinkLive.com product manager. “We’ll be ramping up to at least three live shows a day by December, and adding new interactive events throughout next year. Bringing the user into the dungeon in real-time helps us realize our goal of providing authentic entertainment that empowers kinky adventurers.”

Displaying several shows simultaneously on each page, KinkLive also puts users in the director chair for kinky webcam shows that are set to feature such popular Kink.com stars as Maîtresse Madeline, DragonLily, Cherry Torn, Sarah Shevon, Bella Rossi and many more. Performers chat with the audience, taking requests and letting the users direct the action.

The innovation that makes KinkLive.com possible is the integration of video capture and live broadcast equipment throughout The Armory, Kink.com’s nearly 200,000 square foot castle in San Francisco’s historic Mission District. “The Armory is now fully wired for interactive live shows — some planned, others spontaneous,” said Stacia Carr, Kink.com’s Director of Technology. “There are almost 30 points throughout the Armory where we can simply plug in and go live. It’s that easy.”

Kink.com pioneered the art of live streaming high-definition BDSM and fetish content almost three years ago with special live events produced for DeviceBondage.com and UltimateSurrender.com. Now, KinkLive.com has upped the ante with the next generation of kinky live-entertainment, a central platform that pulls together Kink.com’s vast network of models, websites and unique parties and events.

The thrill of producing live shows has quickly spread to other properties within Kink.com’s constantly growing arsenal of adult fetish sites, including gay erotic wrestling site NakedKombat.com, public sex and domination site PublicDisgrace.com, and recently launched female domination site DivineBitches.com, all of which are featured at KinkLive.com. One of the most anticipated upcoming events is the kinky Thanksgiving dinner, hosted by Kink.com’s highly-anticipated new site, TheUpperFloor.com, scheduled to go live on December 10th.

Live cam shows are viewed on a pay-per-minute basis through the same system being employed by the company’s VOD site, KinkOnDemand.com, but crossover live events for Kink.com’s other sites are free to subscribers of that site. Most cam shows are broadcast in standard definition 480p, with special events streamed live in 720p high-definition.

Kink.com COO, Daniel Riedel, is confident that KinkLive.com will prove to be a pivotal step in the advancement of the company’s greater mission and vision: “We have only just exposed the tip of the iceberg with the launch of KinkLive.com. We are continuing to integrate new kinds of live technology into all aspects of our business, giving the customer a truly interactive fantasy playground that simply doesn’t exist anywhere else on the planet.”
