The most glaring error by the author is saying that the condom law would be hard to enforce. Today on his show Rob Black explained just the opposite.

“A federal judge ruled that condoms in porn are legal and constitutional,” Black stated.

“End of story. That’s it. Douchebag Lou Sirkin and Paul Cambria haven’t won any cases and Cambria’s telling you he won the Stagliano case.”

As Black pointed out Stagliano won by default because the idiot government prosecutors didn’t know how to operate a DVD player.

“’So we’re now going to appeal, so give us more money,’ Black imagined Cambria and Sirkin saying in the Vivid lawsuit.

“I’m trying to make this plain and simple,” Black continued.

“Judge Dean Pregerson [pictured] said film actors in Los Angeles have to wear condoms. End of story.

“I’m not sure of the awesomeness of where Vivid won according to Mike South. With all the testimony, the judge said to the business you’re fucking retarded. Then he looked at the paperwork of the dirty animals running around in the business. He goes ‘are you guys a bunch of savages? Put rubbers on that shit. You guys got to wear rubbers.’

“I’m not sure where people see awesomeness and Vivid winning.

“There was a time about four or five years ago when Warren Sapp – I was friendly with him a period of time- Warren and us were going to San Francisco and we were crossing the bridge. We ran the toll booth light.

“About six weeks later, we got a picture of my car and a ticket saying you broke the law. Where’s the money. That was years and years ago. How about the fact that the guys who bombed Boston- we had every angle known to man of those guys walking around. I’m not real sure which aspect you guys don’t understand.

“When the law states you have to wear condoms what fucking difference does it make if they raid the location or waited for the next Jules Jordan movie to come out with the date of production on it. ‘He broke the law and we now have it on evidence. Let’s see the next piece of evidence. No condom, check. Let’s see- another Jules Jordan movie, fuck. Date of production, check.’

“I’m not real sure what stratosphere you live in,” said Black, “but every facet of the world can prosecute you with evidence from a video camera of your car and license plate. Which part of idiocy has you listening to Mike South that we all won something?

“If you have porn performers performing in these scenes they are breaking the law. From Seth Gamble from rentaboy.com to Porno Dan to Francesca Le and Mark Wood- how about this. Mike South and everybody says they need warrants.

“Ultimately the business will have to go on mouth-shit lock down,” says Black.

“Anything that involves shooting. Everybody knows that every director shoots at his own house. That’s how our business is set up. We all know that. Now any investigation whatsoever requires you to go to a judge and say ‘judge we think this is a shoot house- here are ten movies- every scene was shot there; we’ve been seeing sexy girls and equipment.’

“The judge says warrant granted. The warrant is not for a specific date and time, you dummies. It’s based on evidence, you dummies. I’m lost. Is everybody’s bullshit-thing they [Los Angeles] won’t spend money? Assholes, if you shoot in LA and you don’t use a condom you’re breaking the law.

“If nobody sees you do it, then it doesn’t exist? Is that the mentality? That’s why guys on the gay side come on the straight side and figure no one’s seen those scenes they did. Any studio in Los Angeles is done. If you shoot inside LA, you have to wear a fucking rubber.

“If cops don’t come in, it doesn’t mean you’re not breaking the law. You guys got to be the dumbest sonsofbitches. I’m completely baffled.

“Is everybody’s victory that the cops don’t knock on the door? Why would they? Now all they do is hire people and sit in the office all day and go through DVDs all day. Once they establish a pattern, it’s over.

“Everybody’s circumventing the performers’ health so they can benefit Vivid. The studios said we’ll shoot outside LA and we’re legal so we can circumvent a health law which the industry has proven they don’t care about and has no concern about the safety of the workers.

“Jim Lane’s shoot www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=59539 was disgusting with the fact that we’re doing this at the height of our health issue- are you maddening?

“No sooner did the judge rule, they’re doing 50 man cream pies and everyone’s cool with that. With a federal judge ruling the condom law is legal, every other area outside of LA can enact ordinances in their own areas.

“I know this from my experience with adult bookstores,” said Black.

“Because a federal judge said this is constitutional every other area can enact this ordinance. Like Anaheim. We’ll get frozen out of Orange County, then Pamona will do it. Pretty soon you get frozen out or comply with the regulation a federal judge has put into place.

“You guys realize that any talent on that set can ask for a condom, and if they are refused you are breaking the law.

“You think this is a joke? It ain’t a joke. I don’t see why you don’t comprehend this and continue to dodge the talent testing aspects of our business; and everyone is rallying around Derek Hay and LATATA, an organization that tried to murder Lisa Ann. Lisa Ann has to be one of the strongest women in our business. She spoke up, and she’s a hero and you want to follow Derek Hay and LATATA. Are you insane?

“Right now on the books a federal judge has stated this is constitutional. Performers must wear condoms. We can all be muddy on the provisions, but if you don’t wear a condom in Los Angeles you are breaking the law plain and simple.”

Black explained that not only is the industry putting the performers’ health at risk, they’re putting their liberty at risk with the ease in which you can be arrested by just checking the date of production on DVDs.

“It’s on videotape,” said Black.

“We’re not talking about breaking an obscenity law. They’re breaking a health law and spreading cum infected with Hep C in that girl’s orifice. That’s not obscenity. That’s health.”

Black compared looking at incriminating porn DVDs with a surveillance tape of an employee in a fast food joint mixing tartar sauce with his cock and balls.

“They can arrest you for that dummies.

“I don’t understand our business. Our business tells everybody else what safety should be, although our record is garbage, and we tell everyone else to fuck off. We’re thumbing our nose at health. ‘You listen to us. Don’t worry about the law. Nobody’s going to enforce it and nobody’s going to bust in the door and bust you. Do you want to work, pay your bills or be homeless?’

“Our testing procedure sucks,” Black went on to say.

“Take a look at the press that’s coming out. This is Mondo Land. Before it was about health. The business told you, ‘Get back to work, rent-a-boy. Shut up.’ Now it’s ‘can we go to jail? Shut up and get back to work.’

“Raise questions and you’re told to shut up. You got Mike South saying Vivid won. I’m not sure what Vivid won.

“Let’s see if Vivid is willing to put their balls on the line. I guarantee you, Axel Braun is shooting outside of Los Angeles. I guarantee you. If you think Steve Hirsch is going to thumb his nose at this you’re all sadly mistaken. He says rah rah rah. He’s a carnival barker-con man.

“Steve Hirsch is a bitch. He’s not going to break this law. Hustler is not going to break this law. Your side lost and now you’re going to circumvent the system by putting talents’ health and civil liberties in harm’s way? You guys should be proud of yourselves. This business is unbelievable.

“How John Stagliano, Vivid, APHSS and LATATA can march you out for a health slaughter and now it’s a civil liberties slaughter. Believe me, you don’t want to go to jail. Somehow Clover went to jail and got syphilis. You guys are being put in harm’s way and this is inexcusable. Nobody wants to tell you the industry itself with its mandated bullshit guidelines of health has let you down. The judge saw through it.”

According to Black, you got to figure Clover, Alex Gonz and news of a 50-man anal cream pie gangbang on the eve of the decision went a long way toward Judge Pregerson’s ruling.

“The judge said these people are retarded full of shit and all full of disease. That is incredible, amazing, astonishing, but it is the smoking gun that will always be brought up against us. These people were so dumb that they would be doing cream pie gangbangs in the middle of a condom ordinance and a syphilis outbreak..

“The health is so horrible that nobody knows who did what. And you people expect people to take us seriously? There were male agent talent on that anal cream pie set who were from LATATA, agent members. That is fucking disgusting. And that our business would do that scene is just amazing. You are being lied to and manipulated. Your health and safety is imperiled and you are on the firing lines of going to jail because you now are breaking the law in Los Angeles.

“Talk about getting revenue from the porn industry? Beautiful. One way or another, you’re getting taxed. The industry is either going to be regulated by the city when they fine your asses for 38 tickets for condom infringement. Or the city is going to say break the law and you’re going to pay or you’re all getting licensed.

“This business is being taxed and no one’s getting representation. Who gets it? The 1% that are controlling it.”

Black said it would be real easy for authorities to nail someone like Ivan who shoots at the PUBA studies, and patterns such as these have been established for all the other companies.

“Condoms are on the books and they don’t need to see you personally that you’re breaking the law. All they need is to watch your DVDs.”

Black predicted that there will be paid informants as well.
