from www.sohh.com – Adult film star Celine “Katsuni” Tran has reportedly sued Cash Money Records rapper Bow Wow for stealing one of her dances for his “Drank in My Cup” remix music video.

Details of the lawsuit hit the Internet Tuesday (July 31) afternoon.

Rapper Bow Wow swiped a dancer’s performance from another band’s music video and used it in his “Drank in My Cup” music video without permission, a French porn star claims in Federal Court.

Celine Tran, professionally known as “Katsuni,” claims she appeared as a “club dancer” in a music video for the French band Electronic Conspiracy. She says rapper Bow Wow (Shad Gregory Moss) used that dance performance in his “Drank in My Cup” music video without her permission to promote his upcoming album, “Underrated.” He allegedly posted the music video on his official YouTube page and linked to it on Twitter on April 20. Katsuni is reportedly seeking nearly $80,000 in damages.

Tran says her dancing dominates the music video, taking up one minute and 20 seconds of the two-minute, 10-second video. She also claims the video features a Katsuni body double “engaged in intimate activities with Bow Wow.” “At no time did plaintiff permit footage of her dance performance in the Electronic Conspiracy music video to be used for any other purpose or in conjunction with any other musician other than Electronic Conspiracy,” the lawsuit states.

Tran has won several awards in the adult film industry and has appeared on the cover of Penthouse. Genesis magazine named her one of the “Ten Most Popular Porn Stars in America.” She wants Bow Wow and music label Universal Music Group to pay more than $75,000 plus punitive damages for publicity rights violations, unfair business practices, false association and unjust enrichment.

His “Drank in My Cup” remix hit the Internet in late March.

Just last week, J. Cole released his freestyle over Kirko Bangz’ “Drank in My Cup.” Now Bow Wow gets freaky on his sexually explicit remix to the Houston MC’s single. The Cash Money rapper’s oft-delayed album Underrated is now scheduled for a June 12 release. (Rap-Up)

No stranger to legal woes, Bow Weezy recently talked about addressing his publicized tax problems.

“H*ll yeah! [Laughs] Word up. Tell ’em blog that! Yeah I wrote that check, tell ’em blog that,” Bow Wow said when asked if he would like to confirm not having any legal or tax issues as of now. “People be forgetting, celebrities we work. I’m in the studio, I’m on a movie set, I have a million things for me to worry about. That’s just something like ‘Oh s–t, I forgot.’ You need that [check]? That’s the situation, but I’m all good. If I wasn’t good then my black a– would’ve been in jail! (Hip Hop Wired)
