Looks like Ira Isaacs is going to prison. The Ninth Circuit recently denied his petition to rehear his appeal. Gee, did we ever think anything different was going to happen?

“The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today denied Ira Isaacs’ petition to rehear his appeal over criminal obscenity convictions.”

“The Los Angeles-based fetish filmmaker, convicted two years ago for mail distribution of four scat and bestiality titles, was denied a rehearing by the three-judge panel that recently ruled on his appeal, as well as the 9th Circuit’s full panel.”

I don’t know why they call him a “fetish filmmaker.” You call dog fucking movies a fetish? I call that animal cruelty, which is a criminal offense. You wanna talk about scat movies, OK. I’m with ya there. People wanna shit on each other, go for it. But fucking dogs shouldn’t be called a fetish. Michael Vick went to prison for two years for running a dogfighting ring. Fucking a dog is in the same ballpark as having two dogs fight to the death. It’s inhumane and cruel. Dogs are pets, they shouldn’t be forced to fuck or fight. There is no way the Supreme Court would ever hear this case. They denied my petition and I had a precedent setting dismissal by the lower court judge Gary Lancaster in my favor. The Supreme Court also recently denied a case that involved gun rights. Why would they take a dog fucking case?

“Diamond noted that the three judges that heard Isaacs appeal — Judges Ferdinand Fernandez, Susan Graber and Mary Murguia — comprised a “very conservative” panel.”

I didn’t even get an en banc. Judge Lancaster’s dismissal was overturned by the Third Circuit, which was at the time comprised of John Roberts and Samuel Alito, who are now on the Supreme Court, appointed by George Bush. You wanna talk about conservative? They told me to take my en banc petition and fuck myself with it. I’m paraphrasing, but you get the drift. Ira never had a chance.

Gotta give the guy credit for taking it as far as he did. When you’re looking at going to federal prison, you do whatever you can to keep that from happening. So I give the guy props for trying.

I know some people think I should be behind this guy and support him. I wish I could. If he were just convicted for shit videos I would. I would be the first guy out there waving the protest flag. But fucking a helpless animal is wrong. There is no First Amendment argument for it in my view, because it involves something that is a crime and that is animal cruelty. When the industry tries to use bestiality as a free speech issue, we come across to the public as a bunch of dog fuckers.

If people say, “Well, you did rape videos. Rape is a crime.” First of all, I didn’t do “rape videos.” No one was actually raped. Everyone who appeared in Forced Entry were consenting adults paid to act in a movie. No one was raped and no one was murdered. If they were, I would have been charged with those crimes. Ira Isaacs distributed films where animals were actually raped. I say raped because they were incapable of giving consent. If anything, Ira was charged with the wrong crime. He should’ve been charged with cruelty to animals.

Trust me, if he hadn’t had the dog fucking videos in the mix, he would’ve had a lot of people say that as disgusting as shit eating videos are, no one should go to jail for it. When you add the dog fucking, people will say hang him from the highest tree. PETA recently petitioned to have a memorial plaque put up for 200 turkeys that were killed in a trucking accident. Our society is not gonna accept fucking animals and crush videos or any other sort of inhumane treatment. It’s just not gonna happen.

It looks like Ira is ready to accept his fate. An article came out in XBIZ on Wednesday:

“After an unfavorable appeals court ruling, fetish filmmaker Ira Isaacs will be headed to federal prison.”

“His attorney, Roger Jon Diamond, has asked a federal judge to set July 12 or earlier as his surrender date.”

“Isaacs, 63, was convicted two years ago by a federal jury for mail distribution of four scat and bestiality titles — “Mako’s First Time Scat, ” “Hollywood Scat Amateurs #7,” “Hollywood Scat Amateurs #10” and “Japanese Doggie 3 Way.” It was his third trial over obscenity charges; two other earlier trials had been declared mistrials.”

“Last month, a three-judge panel for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals refused to reverse the conviction.”

“Diamond told the court that federal prosecutors don’t object to the July 12 surrender date, nor do they take a position as to what prison he should be housed in.”

“Isaacs, according to Diamond, is seeking to be housed in either of two California penitentiaries run by the federal Bureau of Prisons — Terminal Island in Long Beach, Calif., or Lompoc, a city in Santa Barbara County.”

“U.S. District Judge George King hasn’t yet decided on Isaacs’ surrender date or prison locale.”

Now, my understanding based on my own experience is that it’s not up to the judge which prison a person who is convicted is sent to. It’s solely at the discretion of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. A judge can make a request, but ultimately the BOP has the final say. If a judge makes a request that the prisoner is sent to Lompoc and Lompoc is full, that prisoner will be sent to wherever there is room. The judge has no way of knowing that a certain prison might already have 150 guys lined up to be sent there. My judge Gary Lancaster made a nice request letter that I be sent to Lompoc or Terminal Island and the BOP basically said fuck you. You’re going to La Tuna in Anthony, Texas.

There are a lot of variables that will determine where Ira is sent. His enrollment in the drug rehabilitation program for one. I’m not sure if Lompoc or Terminal Island has a drug program or whether or not that program is full. La Tuna does, and that’s why Max Hardcore was sent there. He got about six months shaved of off his sentence for being in the rehab program. I predicted that Ira would get sentenced to about 36 months. We’ll see how accurate I was when he is sentenced, which still hasn’t happened because of all of his appeals.

I’ll tell ya this. If Ira Isaacs gets 15 months and is sent to Lompoc, I’m gonna get on an airplane and fly to Cincinnati and punch my attorney Lou Sirkin in the face and his associate Jennifer Kinsley right in her cunt. Sirkin was the superstar First Amendment attorney who got me the worst deal possible: a year in the most disgusting and dangerous prison in the federal system where I spent the first month in solitary confinement. This was after paying his firm hundreds of thousands of dollars. So if Roger Diamond gets his client a light sentence in a cush prison like Lompoc, Sirkin and Kinsley are definitely getting a punch in the face and a chop in the cunt.

I am, of course, joking. Gotta say that clearly, lest anyone thinks Rob Black is threatening anybody. The face punch and cunt chop are purely a fantasy of mine. A fantasy that makes my dick rock hard.

Best of luck to Ira Isaacs. I don’t envy what he is going through right now. But, if you lay down with dogs, keep your cock in your pants. Or something like that.
