from www.bostonherald.com – It’s definitely more revealing than the Harvard Business Review.
A recent Harvard graduate has launched Diamond magazine, a porn publication featuring nude gals and guys with any type of connection with Harvard and other Ivy League schools.
The “pilot” issue of Diamond came out a year ago. But it was a big disappointment for anyone eager to view lots of skin, skin, skin. Instead it only had nude photos of its founder, Matthew Di Pasquale, a Connecticut resident and 2009 graduate of the prestigious school on the Charles.
But Di Pasquale vowed nudity in the “official” launch of Diamond this month – and he’s come through, with photos of gals and guys from Harvard, Yale and Princeton universities.
Well, at least one of them is sort of from Harvard.
Andrea Smith, featured as Diamond’s “Single Dame,” said she took some undergraduate classes at Harvard and received a certificate from the university’s design school.
Harvard, which is not affiliated with Diamond, did not get back to the Herald about Smith’s connections to the university. But it did confirm that Di Pasquale is a graduate who majored in computer science.
The magazine costs $9.99 online (www.diamond-mag.com) and $29.99 in print. About 60 online copies have been sold, said Di Pasquale, who said he strives to be always “open and confident about sexuality in my life.”
Diamond is just the latest non-Harvard-sponsored mag trying to cash in on the university’s fame, though Diamond is believed to be the first full-frontal nudity publication indirectly associated with the school.
