It’s hard to tell what Porno Steve Seidman’s more pissed off about – the fact that Icey Porn out of Miami, Florida allegedly owes him money, about $4,000; or the fact that Seidman relinquished a job at The Bunny Ranch because Icey Porn blew smoke up his ass.

Right now it sounds like a pretty good combination of the two which has Seidman cooling his heels in Las Vegas this weekend. Steve said it was best that he got out of town, noting that his estranged partner, Mike Imbers of Icey Porn, was supposed to be in Los Angeles a couple of days ago ostensibly to meet with him to square the debts regarding out of pocket expenses Seidman incurred while doing business on behalf of Icey Porn.

But Imbers, according to Seidman, stood him up. Never showed. According to Seidman, reps from Icey Porn were supposed to meet him at a hotel in L.A. Thursday night to give him a check. Seidman went there and no one showed. Seidman then couldn’t reach them on the phone. “They to me to be at the L.A.X Hilton. I was there. I waited two hours. Nobody was there,” Seidman says.

[Meanwhile Wayne Lewis has contacted Icey Porn and Imber for response to Seidman’s allegations but they have not responded.] I had occasion to speak to Seidman on several occasions this weekend and pieced together the following story:

Seidman couldn’t even began to convey how upset he was. “Supposedly this one guy tried to get me [on the cell] but I was in a bad area. I saw the mis-call. I’ve been trying to reach him but it’s just ridiculous. You use all your money trying to help them out., and I get shit on.” Icey Porn/LLC Advertising, according to Seidman is affiliated with Nasty Dollars who runs their websites. Seidman claims the money that’s owed him breaks down to around $3,000 in expenses and $1,000 in commissions.

When we spoke to Seidman later, he said got a call from Icey Porn. They’re claiming that no sooner did they land in L.A., that they had to return to Ft. Lauderdale on an extremely important matter. Seidman didn’t seem to convinced of that story, especially when he was told by Imbers that he’d call back but he had to pick up a car first. “That’s real important,” Seidman said sarcastically. “This is totally avoiding the situation. Why send someone out on the road if you’re not going to pay his expenses? I’ve been living for four months out of fuckin’ cheap hotels.

“Our agreement was that they would pay my expenses,” explained Seidman who was supposed to set up a recruiting agency to supply girls for the company’s shoots. “And they would give me a $500 finder’s fee for every new girl. Guess what? The last time they only gave me $1,000 for four girls.”

[On behalf of Icey Porn, Seidman traveled to Vegas, Amarillo, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and scattered other cities over a 2 month span and had a tough time booking girls. At Internext, Seidman did have some luck, hooking Icey Porn up with 4 girls. Instead of the $500 promised, he got $300 each for 2 girls from Reno and $200 each for 2 girls from California.]

“And now they’re bitching about expenses?” Seidman asks. “For two months, considering hotels, gas and strip clubs, it’s about $3,000. Not bad for two months. But my expenses are too high? Give me a break. You go out on the road for seven or eight weeks and I’m not even charging food.”

Seidman says another complaint that was voiced was that he didn’t come up with enough new girls to suit Icey Porn. “Not every girl that you’re going to me in a strip club is going to shoot,” Seidman further explained. “It don’t work that way but they expect it to work that way.” Seidman said another part of the deal for him to go out on the road was that he be supplied with a lap top and digital camera. “As of yet I still haven’t got that. So you go out on the road totally unprepared to begin with.” Seidman then got into some particulars about shoots that were scheduled in Los Angeles.

“One of them was with Velvet Rose. Velvet goes over there and they tell her that she’d have to wait. She leaves. Then Cytherea comes in. They said she wasn’t cute enough. Mike Imbers is saying this to Brian [Cytherea’s man]. Come on. Not cute enough but they call her five hours later to re-schedule a shoot. But these guys were blaming me like all of this was my fault. It’s not my fault you give her a lame excuse why you’re not going to shoot her.”

According to Seidman, on one set with Cytherea, she arrived and Icey Porn claimed to not have cameras working and sent her away with a $50 kill fee, later telling Seidman it was a ploy because she wasn’t considered good looking enough in their opinion. Seidman concedes that he left a solid job at the Bunny Ranch which was probably jeopardized anyway because he was lining up girls from the Ranch for Icey Porn shoots. Seidman claims when he left the Ranch he told Imbers that he would need $10,000 to start up a talent agency. Seidman claims Imbers assured him he’d get the money.

“So I flew down to Florida and all of a sudden the scenario changes. Instead of giving me the money to start the agency, they said we’re going to do it this way. I should have known from that point not to deal with them. They were upset when I went through Texas like it was a wasted trip. Which it was. None of the girls came through. But it happens. Basically they’re saying I didn’t produce. Fine. But pay me what you owe me.”

Seidman predicts that things are going to get pretty interesting come Monday when he returns to L.A..
