“Our lawyers are on the Frank Korestky matter,” Rob Black announced on his show, www.therobblackshow.com Monday afternoon.

Ever since IVD’s Frank Koretsky stepped in and queered a VOD deal Black had with HotMovies.com, Black has been relentless on the assault basically comparing Koretsky’s lavish lifestyle to Louis XVI and the spoiled nobility who prompted the French revolution.

As if to rub his wealth in, Koretsky had a website set up promoting all his rich man philanthropy much like The Big Lebowski.

When Black brought it to the public’s attention www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=58847 , the site was taken down.

“John Cornetta his best friend built that website,” said Black noting that Cornetta and Koretsky are in the middle of their own lawsuit.

“That’s what I love about this posse of fucking losers that destroyed my business,” Black continued.

“Frank Koretsky likes to go around, and they all fight with each other. That’s the Koretsky family foundation. Cornetta, his biggest best friend, is in a bitter lawsuit with him. Cornetta and Koretsky used to lick off each other’s ball sacs in Maseratis. Now Cornetta’s saying this guy is a scoundrel. Mike Savage [a long time IVD employee], straight up, is saying Frank Koretsky fucked him.

“These are people Frank Koretsky was involved with,” Black continued.

“Frank Koretsky is a true marvel and a scumbag piece of shit. In the real world he would have been destroyed in two-tenths of a second.

“But he’ll run around the Valley telling everybody that I’m a piece of shit, don’t trust Rob Black.

“So Frank and his old lady, Shari, can smoke weed and get high across the US. That’s this fucking guy, a real winner. This piece of shit has figured out ways to leverage porn people. He’s one of the dummies that got into the business when it was super easy and all you had to have was money. He didn’t create a thing. But he’s worth 500 million, and what does he do?

“He had his lawyers call a VOD company to engage and question copyright ownership of movies- my movies, my product shot in 2000.

“It’s unfathomable,” said Black as he explained the Byzantine connection between scenes, ownership, various product lines and re-packaging. I can pictures members of that jury lapsing into a coma. According to Black, four scenes are the bone of contention and are from Extreme Teen 6 and Teen Meat 1.

Borrow a scene here, put it in another line there is basically what Black was saying. But Koretsky is now claiming ownership of certain scenes with Tom Byron caught in the crossfire and Koretsky has now shut down Black’s VOD pipeline.

“Adam Hasner and Frank Koretsky own scenes that are in Jerry Estrada movies and Darkside Entertainment. Does that mean when those movies go up, Craig at Darkside can say I own those movies and you have to take them down? I’m perplexed.”

Black went on to note that he would party with Koretsky and claims they did coke together and shared hookers.

“Now Frank Koretsky’s upset, personally, because I don’t like getting fucked and I told him to go fuck himself,” Black continued.

“Frank now decides to get a team of lawyers and with a fine tooth comb is going over the Sinister TV movies. So now what Frank Koretsky does, is, he sends his lawyers to Hot Movies and tells them we have copyright issues and we can resolve this in court, but you need to take this down. Hot Movies has no choice but to take the stuff down.

“We know it’s all bullshit and that Frank Koretsky is a scumbag.”

Black was saying that Koretsky, if he wanted to, could make a case for any scene which winds up being pirated on the Tube sites, but chose to go after Black to fuck with his livelihood.

“Now we don’t make the $794 Hot Movies wires into our account.”

“This is scumbag that sits in Lamborghinis and private jets and leaves dirty condoms with funny notes on my desk. He’s going to take that $794 so my wife can pay her gas and electric and phone bill. That’s what Frank Koretsky does to people.

“My family buys half a million of product for their stores, but Frank Koretsky didn’t think about that. He doesn’t care. He’s had so many hookers, cocaine and money that he doesn’t care about the 99% in our business any more. Now this cocksucker wants to take $794 from me that goes to my wife. Frank Koretsky is attacking Janet Zicari- everybody remember that.

“Frank Koretsky would protect his wife, but it’s alright for him to attack my wife and that’s cool?”

“Frank, you know where we are. You got big bad Adam Hasner- your company has a big fat file on the threats Hasner gave Maryann over at your company.” On another occasion, according to Black, there was a ruckus involving Hasner where someone’s face got smashed into a bar.

“You got a loose cannon there. He’s a gangster. He’s part of the Jewish mafia.”

“Then they took down Birds of Prey my movie,” continued Black.

“Koretsky claims he owns it. I never received one dime from the sale of Birds of Prey. I’ve never been cut a check. It’s my movie, but Hot Movies told me they’ve dealt with this before. Now I have to get my lawyer, but I have one friend left- Adam Stull- my one Jew friend. He’s now in the process of doing hundreds of thousands pro bobo. He will go after Frank.”

Black said it’s going to cost him 40% to go after Koretsky when all is said and done.

Black said he’s banking on running Frank Koretsky “and his ass through the coals.”

“After we let the entire world know what he is through a federal lawsuit and anti trust and RICO and aspects of criminal empires.

“Frank Koretsky threw a Pearl Harbor and took the money my wife is getting to dispute a blowjob scene with Tiffany Mynx and Tom Byron.

“Mr. Billionaire is getting high in Philadelphia, using $794 of my wife’s money to have fun. I guess that’s what Frank Koretsky does.”

Black also revealed another chapter in the Koretsky/Tom Byron/Evolution Erotica drama that involved Koretsky’s brother, Michael, and Sunny Lane. According to Black, Michael Koretsky made a play for Sunny Lane who was at the time seeing Tom Byron.

“Byron cock blocked him, and Michael grumbled, and that’s when the [Evolution Erotica] deal went south. That’s allegedly what happened.”

“Frank, you better call Hasner and get the Jewish mafia- you better have your gangsters and legal team lined up. You better call your third party people that can fuck me up – because every day I’m going after you. I’m not going to stop with a cocksucker who gets in a Lear jet and parties in Philadelphia with his wife.

“You take money from my wife. You get high. Your wife gets high. You cocksucker.
