Porn Valley- It sounds like Deja Vu all over again. But Rob Spallone seems bent on starting a modeling agency. Spallone, who made rumblings about six years ago on the same subject, seems ready to go with the idea once again.
From the way Spallone talks, a lot of it has to do with the fact that Michelle Avanti got the boot from LA Direct Models. Avanti worked for Spallone on Tuesday and apparently Derek saw her name on my website in a write up I had done of Spallone’s shoot.
“He [Derek] calls me up and leaves a message,” said Spallone. “But I didn’t know what it was about. So right away I looked on your site to see if you mentioned the girl’s name. Derek went off on the girl. He said he’s firing the girl. I said why are you firing the girl? I wrote you a check. But he said I’m cutting you off. I said, ‘Cutting me off?! Suck my fuckin’ dick.’
“I called the girl and said he can’t throw you out in the middle of the night. She’s crying. There’s another girl, there, 18- she’s brand new. She left with her. They’re in a hotel on Sepulveda. But all these girls are petrified of this guy. I called Jim South’s lawyer last night.”
Consequently, Spallone said he’s setting up an office in Chatsworth.
“I’m just doing it. I’m going 100% with this. I’m going to find a spot. I’m going to make it a hang out.”
