Sasha Grey’s Grey Art Productions Inks Distribution Deal with New Sensations / Digital Sin

Los Angeles, CA – Grey Art Productions has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with New Sensations / Digital Sin for the DVD distribution of all Grey Art movies.

Grey Art will produce cutting edge features and high end vignettes, with Sasha Grey at the helm of the company. The Birthday Party, the first release under Digital Sin, will be released on September 3rd.

Sasha Grey is looking forward to working with New Sensations/Digital Sin on the upcoming releases.

“New Sensations is a perfect fit for Grey Art, as it gives us the liberty to manage our other revenue streams all in house, such as our company website, SashaGrey.com, and our broadcast arrangements with Spice; continuously allowing us to maintain our brand identity.

“When we sat down with Scott Taylor we were very lucky he understood why we wanted to take this approach, and he was very open to the idea. I am thankful we were able to create a relationship with a highly respected company to deliver our distribution needs. Our first Grey Art DVD release will be The Birthday Party, a vignette co-directed by Oren Cohen and myself, in stores on September 3rd. I’ve really challenged my learning curve over the past few months, and I feel each Grey Art title becomes increasingly definable to my mode, and hopefully my audience will see and enjoy this progression. I have some very stylized ideas in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with everybody!”

Grey Art is an emerging adult film production company, formed in April of 2009 by Sasha Grey and Oren Cohen. A new name to the adult industry, but with very familiar faces, Grey Art aims to deliver the finest in high end vignettes, and feature adult films.

“We’re thrilled to be marketing and distributing Grey Art’s line, and to begin a new relationship with such respected colleagues as Sasha, Oren, and their creative team at Grey Art,” says Scott Taylor, President of New Sensations/Digital Sin.

“Sasha is one of the biggest names in the industry and this label showcases her unique and creative artistic vision that is the perfect compliment to the edginess of the existing Digital Sin line. We look forward to the future of this exciting partnership.”
