Star E. Fly By Night

Jill Kelly Productions Have No Idea Where She Is

KSEXradio.com Report Her Missing

Has Star E. Knight been added to the “Adult Stars who just Wigg” List?

(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Tell me if this story sounds familiar, but a hot adult star, on the road to big success, has dropped out of sight, while refusing to respond to her responsibilities. Jill Kelly Productions and KSEXradio DJ, Star E. Knight, is reportedly alive and well, just taking a break from the business. At the same time, Knight is breaking all her commitments and ignoring the very people who gave her shots at stardom, an image well above the opportunities most female talent get in this wacky business.

Jill Kelly Productions announced today that contract performers, Star E. Knight and Shyla Stylez, have both separately suspended their working relationship with the company; Knight has not been reachable for the past two months, while Stylez did not show up for her scheduled shoots on Tuesday or Thursday of this week.

Both Star E. Knight and Shyla Stylez are still under contract to Jill Kelly Productions and the company intends to hold the two stars to the full-terms of their contracts, which includes exclusivity over the next five-plus years.

Knight, who was one of Wankus’ CoHoes on The Wanker Show, last reported in to KSEXradio.com “sometime before the holidays,” Wankus stated. “We were actually quite concerned for her well being, even considering calling the authorities, until a listener told us that he had heard from her.”

In a recent e-mail to a KSEXradio fan, Knight wrote, “I’m ok, just taking a break and doing some housecleaning…personally.”

“When the listener forwarded that to me, my feelings of concern, turned to pissed off,” remarked Wankus. “As program director of a station featuring adult entertainers, it’s not uncommon for someone to go astray or flake a little, but Star was different.”

Wankus fought to have Knight on his team many months back. He really thought she had the potential to verbally entertain the fans, aside from her beauty.

“She used to call me, every couple of days, just for fun,” Wankus continued. “We would actually crank call each other and play jokes on each other. If she had disagreements with Jill, it never affected her at KSEX because one had nothing to do with the other.”

Girls that go missing in action is not unusual for the industry, and especially not KSEX. Ebony adult star, Diana Devoe, never returned to work after months of hosting a show when the internet broadcast company first started. She later apologized and claimed to want to come back, but to this day has not made the effort to reconcile. Heather Lyn, who was Wankus’ nightly CoHo vanished for a while, eventually stating she needed a break from porn. After reuniting recently, following the death of General Manager, Mike Rick, Lynn was given the Tuesday night slot on Tales of Tail, replacing one of Jacklyn Lick’s nights.

“She did one show,” Wankus said, “and then there was one reason after another why she couldn’t make it, until finally she just didn’t show up or call.” Wankus and other members on the KSEX staff contacted Lynn, to which she stated she’d call back, and hasn’t, as of yet, still missing her scheduled nights on air.

“The show must go on,” Wankus said, “we will replace her with another hot adult star and continue to have good shows for the fans. I love Heather and wish her the best in the future.”

Digital Playground is still dealing with a bitter Tera Patrick. She was M.I.A. for a while, then surfaced to exclaim that she had enough of the company. Also under contract, Patrick will have a tough time working for anyone, entertainment related.

So, how does this happen? Not just to KSEX, Digital Playground or Jill Kelly Productions–but to the industry. Some theories state that “it’s hard to find responsible people when sex is their living.” I’ve heard that a few times, but why would that be true? One would think that being able to count on someone is a plus that will keep you working and boost your popularity, in ANY business.

And, it’s not all talent.

“Jacklyn Lick was really loyal,” Wankus laughed, “almost too loyal…she was on the phone daily telling me her every appointment.” The KSEX Program Director continued, “Ann Marie, Calli Cox, Alana Evans, Katie Morgan, Jason Sechrest, Sierra, Rhiannon Bray, Alexis Amore’ and pretty much the entire rest of the KSEX cast of adult stars can be very much counted on. They love what they do and will always notify me with conflicts.”

It just boils down to one simple thing. If you are reliable, hard working and good at what you do (a trait many stars in this biz DO possess), you’ll be able to take your career as far as you want. If you choose to fall into that other zone of hiding, not calling back or showing up to appointments you made…then I’m sure we’ll be reading about you right here, as the former porn star who created their own destruction.
