August 19, 2013: Cameron Bay tests with Cutting Edge Testing

August 20, 2013: Bay receives a call from CET saying her test was contaminated and another blood sample needed to be drawn. A CET employee then came to her residence to draw the new sample.

August 21, 2013: Bay was contacted by the Los Angeles County Department of Health to inquire about her recent sexual contacts, but received no indication that a detection of HIV had occurred. That afternoon, CET’s Dr. Peter Miao called her to inform her that there was a possible HIV detection from her blood sample drawn Tuesday.

Bay states: “When I spoke with the doctor, I asked him, ‘Is it absolutely, positively HIV?’ and he said, ‘No, there’s a possibility it’s not, because there’s no such thing as an actual HIV test, they just search for the antibodies that they associate with HIV.'”

Bay also tells AVN: “When I got the call, I was obviously extremely distraught and in disbelief because there’s no way that it’s possible in my eyes. I don’t sleep around, I don’t do anything crazy, and I keep track of the people that I’ve worked with.”

August 22, 2013: It’s reported that the tests involving performer Cameron Bay have been confirmed as positive for HIV. Both Cutting Edge Testing (CET) and Talent Testing Services (TTS) have run separate tests and have confirmed this information.

I will fill in more details as this story unfolds, but one thing jumps off the page. Bay tested negative July 27th.

If she’s on a two-week testing schedule her next test would have been August 10th. Except she tested August 19th.

A 30-day testing schedule would have had her testing around August 27th. So I would have to assume she was testing every 30 days, but Bay tests early, and you’ll note she talks about “fucked up news” she received on or before August 3rd. She had been in contact with Xander Corvus. Can we speculate? Did Corvus tell her something disturbing?

I’v also been told that Bay had tested sooner than the August 19th date that was put out there. Did she receive a positive earlier than we’ve been led to believe? Again, speculation
