You’d think it was a divorce. It wasn’t, but Rebecca Bardoux and Monarchy Distribution’s Mike Kulich nonetheless had a messy split that wound up in the courts. They began seeing one another in January, 2012 and it ended two months later when Bardoux took Kulich to court.

To support her request for a temporary restraining order, Bardoux presented mounds of emails and correspondence with Kulich. Here’s such an example detailing what allegedly led up to Bardoux’s request for a TRO. If nothing else, it proves that social media can come back and bite you royally in the ass.

Bardoux writes: On March 12, 2012, after spending the weekend together at my apartment in Hollywood, CA drinking and having conversation of living together and physically looking for an apartment together, Michael Kulich texted me to ask me over to his house for dinner to meet Fred “Pops” Rothschild.

At that time we had a texting conversation and he told me his story about being in XXXXX XXXXXX and his XXXXXX XXXXXXXXX. That was the first time I was informed by Michael Kulich he had to XXX IN A XXX as he put it, for XXXX and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX.

When I texted him back asking how he XXX XXXXXXX the first night we were together and it XXX XXX XXXX, he texted me back “LOL”. After that day we did not see each other, but continued to talk on the phone, text and email. Michael Kulich also made plans for us to attend an event together On April 3, 2012.(Exhibit A)

On March 21, 2012 at about 9:00 pm at night after our email conversation from earlier that day.I received a text from Michael Kulich saying he wanted to come over and asked if could pick him up and take him to work the next morning, he told me in text he had been drinking that night. I replied that I could not do that. That evening he texted me to tell me he would be staying at my house after Misty Stones birthday party on the night of March 23, 2012.(Exhibit B)

On March 23, 2012 I saw a posting on Michael Kulich’s Facebook page advertising for an assistant. I email him (Exhibit C) and we also had a short phone conversation which I initiated, about the position.

On the morning of March 24, 2012 when Michael Kulich contacted me back after a night of me texting and calling his phone and leaving voicemails, because of a devastating incident that past night at the party that involved him which, lead to my suicide attempt, he contacted me.

He informed me he did not have food poison the night before. We had texting and phone calls back in fourth that morning. At which time he told me he was going to hire me to work at his company. At that point I had already taken two small handfuls of Seroquel and had decided to end my life. I had informed him of that with my texts and phone calls earlier that morning. Later the police came to my door and took me to Cedar Sinai in West Hollywood, CA. Once I was stable I was transfer to Los Encinitas Hospital in Pasadena, CA, where I was released on March 27, 2012.

On my return home I had a text from Michael Kulich wanting to know if I was alright. I called Michael Kulich to let him know I was fine. Thanked him for calling the police and saving my life. At the time he stated he was in Las Vegas for a convention and had to go.

Later that day we talked on the phone from his initiation of a text message. In the phone conversation I told him that I was advised by the doctors and social worker at Los Encinitas to get into a sober living house….

We talked about the details of my suicide attempt. I told him about what happened and my hospital stay. He then told me he was boarding a plane back to Los Angeles and would call me back when he got home. There was no return phone call. (Exhibit D)

On March 28, 2012 I emailed him…. He called me just a few minutes after receiving the email and we talked about sober living. He said he was available to me if I needed anything. I emailed him back to see if he wanted to meet on Friday. I got no response. On March 31, I texted him.(Exhibit E)

Between April 1 – 5, 2012 I received several phone calls from him that I did not answer and he did not leave a message. He also posted two comments on my Facebook account, which I did not response to. One was that he was proud of me and the other he made a rude comment to one of my fans.

On Friday April 6, I initiated an email conversation with him. On Monday April 9, 2012 based on the email conversation we had, I sent him an email and later a text. To see if he wanted to meet for coffee that week. I sent him another email that evening to reach out about my recovery; he did not response to any of them.(Exhibit F)

On April 12, he called and left a message saying he was sorry for not getting back to me, he was busy all week. He asked if I was going to attend the XRCO Awards later that evening. I did not response. He called me two more times that day and did not leave a message. I did not return his call.

On Friday April 13, 2012 I called him to let him know I could not have him contact me anymore because his behavior was causing me problems with my recovery. After a 10 minute phone conversation, he said he had to run and hung up. I called him back and it went to his voice mail.

I told him I wanted the money he owed me and told him I was not covering up for him anymore. I then emailed him. In his statement he said he did not response to this email. Having been told about his anger from his friend, I started to fear for my physical and emotional safety.(Exhibit G)

On April 20, 2012 I received a very upsetting and harassing comment on my Facebook account. When I viewed the profile of that person I saw it had a like status that was Michael Kulich’s production studio.

After a few weeks of research I confirmed that is was a fake Facebook account. I have a witness that will be testifying to this. After dealing with harassing comments on my Facebook account for 3 weeks. Losing a project that I had told Michael Kulich I was working on.

A man by the name of Mark that my house manager didn’t know, coming up to her at a sober living house community picnic trying to find out if a woman named Rebecca was living in her house. Being intimated by a man at my AA meeting, that was living with Michael Kulich at the Sober living house. Each of these events increased my fear that I was being stalked my Michael Kulich.

On May 10, 2012 I sent him an email that my sponsor wrote for me. She saw my fear growing and my recovery being hurt from all the events leading up to that email. On May 13, 2012, I received a text message from Michael Kulich. May 16, 2012 I filed a TRO against Michael Kulich.

I did this because I feared my life was still in danger and my recovery was being threatened by his continued emotional abuse.(Exhibit H)

On May 22, 2012, I was advise by the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department that Michael Kulich was served with the TRO. On the following day it was confirmed by his friend that he did create the false Facebook account, and was harassing me.

On the following day May 23, 2012, a man came to my sober living house at around 3:00. One of my housemates answered the door. The man asked if there was a Rebecca that lived here. The policy at the house is not to give information about any of the housemates on phone or in person. She stated she didn’t know any Rebecca.

He said he wanted to give papers to Rebecca, but wanted to make sure she lived here. Again my housemate said she knew of no Rebecca. He then made a call on his cell phone and was talking to another person on the other end to see if he should leave the papers with her.

My housemates said there is no Rebecca here, he continued to try to persuade her to release the information.He also asked for the manager and then the house manager. The housemate told him they were not home at the time. She informed him the manager would be back after six,said good-bye and closed the door. At that point my housemates contacted the house manager to tell her about the situation.

Later that evening another man came to the house and identified himself as Fred. Again he asked if Rebecca lived here. My housemates again informed him there was no Rebecca living here. After that visit I was petrified, I could did not how these men found out where I lived. I had never given anyone the address.

The house was now in an up roar and I was in a panic. I felt like packing my things and leaving for the safety of the house and myself. I contacted my house manager and told her what had happen. She said she was going to call Mark, as she knew him.

When she called me back she told me they were trying to delivery papers to me for the TRO. These papers were the response from Michael Kulich that should have been mailed to me with delivery receipt request.Per the TRO they were not to be delivered to the house. I filed the TRO with my PO Box address only.

The next morning a man came back and delivered the papers to me via one of my housemates. No one connected to Michael Kulich should have been trying to find out my home location. This event was a direct violation of the TRO.
From that event I did not resume my regular schedule for fear of being hurt. I could no longer go out at night alone and felt I was putting my housemates in danger.

I did not feel safe even during the day and spent more time at home. Which interfered with my going to AA and NA meetings and pursuing work. I was already in fear that someone was going to try and hurt me based on information that Michael Kulich had told me about him being connected to the Hells Angels during our relationship.

Michael Kulichs public relations person also informed me that Michael Kulich was connected and told me not say anything bad about him, or there maybe consequences. There was a time during our short relationship that Michael Kulich told me that if people give him a bad review on his movies, he would do something about it. He also informed me that his “Pops” real name Fred Rothschild was Hells Angels and said “Pops” can intimated alot of people.

While I was in a relationship with Michael Kulich he had told me about a man by the name of Mark his “ pops” would live with once Michael Kulich moved out of the house he was living in with his “pops”, to move in with me as of June 1, 2012 when his lease was up., I later was informed by Michael Kulich that he was living in a sober living house with “pops” that was court ordered for him and his stay would be up June 1, 2012 at which time we had made plans for us to live together in my apt in Hollywood, CA.
