Mike South wrote an article in which he defended porn agents basically saying this is the best system porn has right now.

Begging to differ, Rob Black on his show, www.therobblackshow.com Thursday said South, who probably gets fed his information from Felicia Fox, is totally out of touch with the business.

South in his piece says porn agents get a bad rap whereas Black said they deserve every rap they get.

Black then proceeded to read South’s article aloud and began ripping it apart for its omissions and inaccuracies.

“As agents go there was Jim South, Reb, DK and you had Spiegler and Regan Senter,” Black explained.

“Mike South, you are doing a Tricia Deveraux where you’re missing a timeline. These statements [in the article] are complete lies and out of touch and because you live in another state and only know what some outsider like Felicia Fox tells you.

“Mike South’s view is all these girls, incubated against what the real business is, know what’s going on. Like Kayden Kross. Let’s see her walk around on a set where Mr. Marcus is stoking his syphilis dick.

“When the business started, you had bottom feeders which were the pimps. They operated and existed. The business was illegal and you had pandering. When they came up with the Freeman Act, the business became more freewheeling and that evolved into the Nineties.

“When I got into the business you had the emergence of the street pimp – you had guys like DK and Damian- I think someone killed him- in a sense what they were, were Derek and Spiegler- unrecognized people that were showing up with girls. [Add Roy Garcia.]

“Business started getting bigger because of the media and Internet. In that era you saw a boom in society. The Internet started, everything was fresh, the technology.

“While all this was going on you had the bottom feeders. Back then Spiegler was known as a bottom feeder. He was Dick Nasty’s bitch and paid Dick Nasty to be around chicks.

“Dick Nasty would talk to low end production companies like LBO, Tommy Sinopoli, these old shit companies. They would shoot these movies with ‘Spiegs’ who was a mark with money, Spiegler, this small troll creature with money and Dick Nasty who had the in.

“Him and Spiegs would make a $6,000 LBO piece of shit, flip it and make four or five grand. That was our business back then and assholes like Spiegler got into the game. Spiegler was known as the agent with the dirty slob pig foreign girls. You could piss in their assholes and 25 guys would cum in their mouths. They were garbage.

“He had these girls that would walk around and say, ‘yah, I will eat your poop.’ Spiegler was around then and Jim South was. Derek Hay was around and did gay stuff. There was Joel Lawrence who had Gold Star Modeling. Even Seymore Butts had a talent agency.

“Salty Dog, you need to understand the business. You now have girls who will say I will go to Los Angeles and be a porn star, not I will work for Kink.com and be abused and pissed on.

“At that point Reb was done. He was a fat old troll who lived in a house, had ten girls and they were some of the top talent. He was exactly like Spiegler but never really any competition to Jim South. He had Amber Lynn, Nikki Charm, Nikki Dial, Melissa Melendez, but Jim South was the guy.

“Look at Amber Lynn today. She drove poor Ron Sullivan to death. You have a business that got an influx of talent, but Jim South adhered to old law. At noon to 1:30 he shut the office down and it didn’t matter if your balls were on fire. No problem could be that big and he wouldn’t be open on the weekends. At 5:00 PM he stopped answering the phones and they were out the door by 7PM.

“You had the bottom feeders like Derek Hay and Spiegler circling them. Rob Spallone had an agency before Derek.

“Jim South couldn’t keep up with the changing times. He never understood the concept of being a hard handed pimp who had to bitch slap your hos. He looked at these girls as adult film actresses that might do extra side work. Jim South never took any of the talents’ money. What happened, when you’re closing your offices and adhere to an old set of rules and don’t change with the times, like Kodak, Jim South could not do it.

“You had all these people going through the leftovers. Jim South still had the name players, but the up and coming girls he didn’t get. Spiegler and Derek were right there when you didn’t need an AIDS test. Spiegler was slugging out these slobs from Europe and was there to catch the overflow.

“Mike South you talk like it’s admirable to be a pimp? The business was not compiled of girls who needed rides. These girls all had cars and drove. They didn’t have a pimp that picked them up at their house.

“Kylie Ireland used to be a rubber girl when it came to being a performer. When you see that tattooed biker girl today you forget she was all for safety, hell yeah; rubbers, hell, yeah.

“Ask Kylie Ireland if she ever needed an agent to pick her up. ‘Ho driver. I owe you $50?’

“When you’re a fat fuck troll like Spiegler, you get respect from a 19 year old girl who tweets you ‘daddy’.

“Jim South couldn’t keep up with the glut of immaturity that flew in. Every name performer with any respectability was with Jim South- Tom Byron, Kylie Ireland, Nina Hartley on down.

“As technology gave the industry a boom, companies like myself were shooting multiple lines with 16 movies a month. Of which 3 were comps, you’re talking 65 to 70 scenes a month. What do you think VCA was doing.

“They were triple the size of us. What do you think Anabolic and Metro were doing? Legend, a player, what do you think they were doing? What do you think Evil Angel and Elegant Angel were doing? Then there was Red Light District that was an offshoot of us. You had every Tom, Dick and Harry going we can be an agent. Look at all these girls. Now you had the glut of agents with the glut of talent.

According to Black, South’s article is littered and “retarded” with contradictory statements designed to pat Derek Hay on the back.

“Mike South is not an idiot but wants me to tell the truth so he can keep his fucking money [payoffs from Hay, says Black]. He’s trying to compare today to back then.

Black said South is basically painting a picture for the need to babysit talent.

“I’m baffled that you’re patting people on the back that during the boom period anyone could get in the business, companies that shot hand over fist; you couldn’t stop talent from beating down your door.

“For Zed to say that these agents re-crafted the business- this business model, they were pioneers? They were at the right place at the right time – a bunch of marks sitting around the industry when you couldn’t stop talent from being a star.

“Are you going to be duped into listening this bullshit drivel that South talks about? Are you going to be bamboozled? Mike South is bystepping the entire history of this business.

“Here’s where South draws me in by saying: ‘Lets look at Brett Rossi, for the record I have nothing against Brett she seems to be a nice person and I am not beating her up here, but do you think Shy or Derek or Speigler would have let her shoot a ‘test scene’ for Digital Playground without signing a contract? Mark Speigler would have been a far better career adviser than Scott Justice, that’s for sure.’

“I never heard of Brett Rossi,” said Black.

“Nobody in the mainstream media knows who Brett Rossi is. I don’t see her anywhere doing anything at all. Inside our business she’s supposed to be cute and hot and the next big thing. What next big thing? We all know what the buzz is there. Brett Rossi- nobody heard of her and Mike South’s creating a buzz for a girl nobody gives a shit about.

“Scott Justice is old school. Brett Rossi was Scott Justice’s girlfriend. She was banging around with Scott Justice. He’s an old schooler which means most of the big owners fuck their contract girls; back in the old days, that was the norm.

“Scott Justice is from the David Sturman era. That’s what they did. Every contract girl was fucking Scott Justice and/or David Sturman because you’re getting $2000 a week to do that. Brett Rossi was being groomed to be Scott Justice’s girlfdriend.

“Mike South ain’t going to tell a girl don’t be Scott Justice’s girlfriend. Ain’t going to happen. Scott Justice had a relationship, so every agent in the world wouldn’t have mattered. Brett Rossi was having a relationship with Scott Justice and somehow they had a falling out and Brett Rossi got fucked over. That’s what happens. That’s the risk of having a relationship with an owner or a General Manager.

“Every Sin City girl had a relationship with Scott Justice, David Sturman or Skeeter. Shy Love, Mark Spiegler, Derek would never have done a fucking thing. So Brett Rossi, whatever happened to you, the fact that you were at Digital Playground was your doom in the first place. People care about Andy San Dimas, they don’t give a shit about you. You were a trophy girl? Who gives a shit.

“This is a guy who lives in fucking Georgia and has no idea what he’s talking about. Hustler got in a fight with LA Direct and stopped using their girls.

“What you’re talking about is 2003. The free market got destroyed, but you don’t want to say that. Now what you have is the same business model.

“He’s [Mike South] telling lies and bullshit for the almighty dollar. The industry is gone. All these companies that were shooting are gone. The business where all these people made money, camera guys, grips, caterers are gone. These low end one-man crews aren’t the business of 13 years ago.

“No one’s shooting. There’s more talent out there than jobs for them. There are more agents out there now, and now the only way they make the pimp money is risking performers’ lives.

“These people set up shakedown prostitution scams with Hollywood people- the same people Mike South applauds. Maybe nobody told you in Lousiana there are more girls and guys looking for adult work than there is adult work around. The business model you talk about is set to fail.

“Agents are keeping order? These are girls that work once a month. Are you fucking serious, or did that agent just make sure the girl got to the Air Tel Plaza to suck dick or Skin Diamond got to Victor to get the shit beat out of her. Is that what the agents are good for? Can you tell me what the agents are doing? Are you that delusional?

“Mike South is the propaganda minister for the evil of evils,” concluded Black.

At the end of his article, South takes another veiled shot at UAWA, www.uawa.org noting that other efforts have failed in the past and that the talent-agent relationship would remain.

“The agents will be gone,” predicted Black.

“Derek Hay will be done. Spiegler, you brought foreign girls into the country to engage in prostitution. Those agents are done. A guild or a union that is watching over the talent pool, is not going to deal with blackmarket pimps.

“But they can become legitimate agents which means they would have to work for their clients and not the other way around. There will be no dealing with agents who have girls on hooker sites.

“Are you comparing this [UAWA] movement to Nica Noelle and her little lesbian friend? Are you comparing this to that? Are you comparing this to the PAW Foundation? Are you going to use them as an example? Other than those two losers who else has legitimately put a union guild together and created a process that is picking up steam and momentum? Don’t tell me about a bunch of jerkoffs who sat around smoking a joint.

“Talent and producers will have to support this because it’s going to be a mandate and the law. I don’t understand what you and everybody else are not comprehending. We will be mandated when Cal/OSHA comes in with rubbers.”

Black said if you think he and his lawyers haven’t been talking to the people in charge on this issue you’re seriously mistaken.

“All I’m saying is logical shit. I say common sense stuff and people are like fuck that, you’re nuts. Of course a union or guild could control the health of the business? Of course. Instead of fighting with the city we should have been working with them years ago.”
