Tres Flores From Vivid-Alt’s Eon Mckai Shipping Jan 19th; McKai Announces He’s Leaving Porn

No sooner does this press release come out that McKai announces he’s leaving porn to do a kid’s show? Wait till someone in the mainstream gets a hold of that.

Eon McKai, the award winning founder of the alt porn genre and head of the Vivid-Alt imprint for Vivid Entertainment, finds inspiration in strange and exotic places.

McKai’s latest movie “Tres Flores,” (three flowers) was originally inspired by reading about Tres Flores hair pomade.

“Once you use this product on your hair, it stays with you and leaves its mark everywhere you lay your head,” McKai says. “The movie is a sexual portrait of three women who definitely leave their mark. It also weaves in intriguing images of night blooming flowers. Just the thought of these mysterious blooms triggered off all sorts of erotic thoughts and lots of them have made their way into the movie.”

“Tres Flores” features Coco Velvett, Faye Reagan and Devi Lynne “as they, much like the night blooming Cereus, bloom in the moonlight” and the cover copy suggests that viewers “consider the benefits of night blooming flowers in your own garden.”

The movie will ship on Tues., Jan. 19th and will be in stores and online at www.shopvivid.com on Tues., Jan. 26th.

from www.lukeford.com comes this: Eon McKai announced he was not going to be doing porn for awhile – he “quits”. He said he just sold a children’s TV show for $3.5 million and will be working on that for awhile now.

“OK I have to tell the trooth I just sold a kids show for 3.5 mill so porn has to take a brake 😉 ”

To be honest I think this split between Eon McKai and Vivid ALT has been a long time coming. You might have noticed that he stopped pushing VividALT.com as much and instead started promoting his own personal website EonMcKai.com. Not only that but the Vivid ALT movies have started to be shown on the main Vivid website, as if they were starting to bleed out that brand all together.

There have been no updates at all on the Vivid ALT websites since November 12, 2009. It was turn into more of a blog site with all the movies being filtered into the main Vivid.com website.
