Storage Wars Brandi Passante filed a lawsuit over a porn video. Passante, the wife of storage locker buyer Jared, wants the world to know that she is not willing to get naked and will not be giving anyone a virus, CNN reports.

Passante filed a lawsuit in US District Court in Central California against website operator Hunter Moore. The Storage Wars star’s lawsuit claims that the Anyone Up website creator published fake photos of her in erotic situations. Making matters worse, those who watch the video allegedly end up getting a virus on their computers.

Brandi first learned of the pornographic images of herself circulating around the internet via a Twitter post. The Storage Wars cast member said she received a tweet from the Anyone Up Twitter account noting how much they loved the “pics,” according to The Wrap.

An excerpt from the Brandi Passante lawsuit reads:

“Passante looked at the referenced website and was horrified, hurt and ashamed to see images of someone portraying her in pornographic video and associated images. Passante never made any such video, has never had any contact with Mr. Moore and did not send him sexual images. Moore fabricated the video for the purpose of trading on Passante’s fame and celebrity to draw traffic to his site.”

Hunter Moore reportedly posted what viewers believed to be a Brandi Passante porn video on Fleshbot.com. When viewers eager to see the Storage Wars star naked clicked to download the video, they got a lot more than erotic nude photos. A destructive virus reportedly filtered into the viewer’s computer during the video download.

The Brandi Passante lawsuit also maintains that Moore is selling merchandise with the Storage Wars star’s likeness. The A&E reality show cast member also claims that she had experienced anxiety over the experience.
