from www.wndu.com – A controversial Michiana lawyer has had his practice suspended by the Indiana Supreme Court.

Tony Zirkle’s license to practice will be suspended for two years, starting October 1st. The Indiana Supreme Court says Zirkle engaged in professional misconduct.

That includes counts of bad billing practices, failing to refund money, charging too much and quote, “charging for incompetent services.”

The suspension prevents Zirkle from practicing law in Indiana for two years and he has to pay the costs for the proceedings.
