WOODLAND HILLS, CA – LEXINGTON STEELE would like to make something clear: He’s back and he never went away. Steele has produced seven new titles and isn’t stopping there, with intentions of now releasing two releasea a month. Hitting store shelves today is the third installment of his own best-selling series “XXX” from his own best-selling company, Mercenary Pictures, which is now for the first time in the company’s history, doing its own distribution. “I’ve really raised the level of caliber with this one, I’m very proud of it,” says STEELE who performs in “XXX: Volume 3” in addition to his duties as producer/director.
“‘XXX’ is my lead series with the highest production quality on the gonzo market, while ‘ManHammer’ is my new all-anal title with multiples and DPs, primarily shot in Prague and Budapest. We’ve also got ‘SuperWhores’ which is a combination of both and ‘Black Reign,’ our new series from Domina X is the best series on the market featuring primarily women of color.”
The progression of Mercenary is one for the books and LEXINGTON STEELE has never been more pleased with where it lies than he is now that he is 100% in control of everything from production to distribution. “Things have changed a lot in the past few months,” he smiles. “We’re distributing our own product now. We’ve got a new title coming out every two weeks. We now have a Public Relations department, headed up by Jason Sechrest who handles legends like Ginger Lynn, Brittany Andrews, and Tina Tyler.
Hank Weinstein is now my sales director. He brings over 20 years of experience to Mercenary. Without Hank the launch of Mercenary as an independent would not have been possible. Our stylization is the same, we’ve just really upped the anti and have added to it. I honestly don’t think anyone can touch what we’re doing in the way of gonzo right now. No one’s making the kind of movies we’re making this well.”
Of the five beautiful super fucks LEXINGTON STEELE hand-selected to enter the arena and engage in the Black Viking, he says the one to watch for is his scene with LOLA, his personal favorite in “XXX: Volume 3.” “I asked her to speak Spanish to me during the scene,” he laughs, remembering it vividly. “But what really got me going was her saying stuff like, ‘Aye, poppie!’ and ‘Tora, tora, tora!'”
