Boob-job and tummy-tuck specialist Dr. Joshua Rubinstein has been sued at least nine times in 14 years for allegedly leaving his patients looking like Frankenstein, court records show.

“He’s a butcher! I don’t want to see him ever again,” said Carolina Anil Mendez, 38, who said her distress over botched breast-implant and stomach-tightening procedures drove her to attempt suicide.

In one case, Rubinstein is accused of killing a patient through negligence.

Karen Roper, a 46-year-old single mother of two, died after complications from a tummy tuck in 2005, says a wrongful-death lawsuit filed by her mom.

Rubinstein, 52, denied the Mendez allegations in court papers filed last week and is seeking to have the case dismissed.

He did not return calls for comment, and when a Post reporter visited his Grand Concourse office, he fled out the back door. Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, where he is on staff, also did not return calls for comment.
