Rebecca Love [and I also hear Sunset Thomas] was/were scheduled to dance at Hott 22 on the infamous Rte 22 in Union, New Jersey tonight but, from word on the street, her appearance has been cancelled due to the following situation:

Union, N.J.- The manager of the men’s entertainment club Hott 22 was arrested on Sept. 9 and his home searched as part of an ongoing investigation into the strip club’s operations, police said.

Anastasios Adamides was arrested and charged with operating a sexually oriented business within 1,000 feet of a residential area after police raided the Route 22 business. Officers entered the club with search warrants and detained 19 individuals during the raid, all 19 were later released without charges.

Union officers also raided Adamides’ home at 5 Pondview Lane in Flanders and confiscated a number of undisclosed items. Police noted the items were potential evidence in the case. According to Deputy Police Chief Andrew Giordano, the raid on the Union club and the home in Flanders is part of an ongoing investigation to the operation of the club. Hott 22 is a nude strip club which caters to patrons 18 years old and older.

Female dancers perform in the nude for patrons who are permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the establishment. The township and the police department have been attempting to close the club for the past two years. The latest police raid is associated with the criminal investigation currently ongoing into the club’s operations.
