Porn Valley- If you go on the Ducati Productions website, www.ducatiproductions.com, you'll find Welcome to the Bunghole #3 selling for $21.95.

However, Kevin Rubio admitted that the title is a comp. Which is puzzling because if you look at Welcome to the Bunghole #1 and #2- they're new releases, But they're also selling for $21.95 In fact all of the Ducati titles right now are selling for $21.95.

Skeeter Kerkove, who's been locked in a legal battle with Ducati's Kevin Rubio, reports that Adult DVD Empire which had been selling Welcome to the Bunghole #3 as a new release for $24.95 has now yanked it off its site.

"They removed his movie- there's no evidence that it was ever there," says Skeeter. "It also disappeared off the North Star catalogue."

In a deal between Kerkove and Rubio, Skeeter directed five scenes which went in to the first Welcome to the Bunghole; and another five news scenes which went into the second volume. But Rubio claims Skeeter sold him a scene which had been in a Metro movie. And when he discovered that, Rubio replaced it with a previously used scene. In fact he used four previously released scenes to make up Welcome to the Bunghole #3.

Skeeter, however, claims Rubio's been selling it all along as a new release and has credit card invoices to prove it. As far as the contested scene which makes up a part of their lawsuit, Skeeter claims it was written into the original contract he had with Rubio.

"Now Rubio is saying #3 is a comp because it's my fault," says Skeeter. "But he's also admitting that he's defrauding the public. He's selling this movie as a new release."

According to Skeeter, Rubio's slandering him by making it seem like Skeeter knowingly defrauded him with a scene belonging to someone else.

"He said the reason he had to make it a comp is because I sold him scenes- as in plural- that belonged to Metro," Skeeter continues. "I never sold him scenes. I gave him one scene and it did not belong to Metro. And it says in the contract the scene is a gift for no money. Nothing. For free. It's stated in the contract that scene was previously viewed in a movie."

"Kevin Ducati's been filling his attorneys' heads," Skeeter contends.

"They don't understand porn. He tells them he bought this scene, even though the paperwork they have says he got this one scene for free as a gift. The contract between us is that it can only be used in a bonus scene on my movie. But what he had planned was, fuck Skeeter. I'm going to put it as a new release in Welcome to the Bunghole #3. How can it be a new release if it's already appeared in a movie before which it states in the contract? He acknowledges in the contract that the scene isn't brand new."

"In this contract that he's suing me on, he never acknowledged that he got this scene for free," Skeeter continues.

"He's been saying I sold him 'scenes' that belonged to Metro. I did not sell him scenes that belonged to Metro. That did not happen. I own the scene and it's one scene we're talking about."

Skeeter insists that the contract clearly spells out the fact Ducati got that scene for free. Which was a Bridgette Kerkove scene.

"Bottom line is that Bridgette Kerkove's name sells," states Skeeter. "She hasn't done a movie in three years and gets released in five to eight new movies [comps] a week. She was in eight movies last week released as comps on Adult DVD Empire alone. She took a lot of dick in the ass. She won a lot of awards. They keep comping her out."

"If Ducati had said this, it would have been true- 'I got a scene for free; yes I was supposed to use it as a bonus scene only. But I didn't. I was greedy. I wanted to put Bridgette kerkove on a cover and release it as a new movie and put my other crap in there and that's what I was going to do. Then I found out there was allegedly going to be some problems because I don't understand the law, so I decided not to do it.'"

"He got greedy," insists Skeeter. "He wanted to make an extra $15,000 off of North Star Associates. And he got caught. Now this movie is starting to disappear off the Internet."

"Otto Bauer will be glad to tell you what Kevin Ducati told him face-to-face, about how well my movies sold and how much money he made off them. [Ducati in his lawsuit also claims he lost money on Skeeter's movies.]

"He even asked Otto to undercut my movies so Otto could work for him," Skeeter says. "When Otto found out what I got paid, he knew it was impossible. We're talking about six girls in a movie all who do anal and the movie was done for ten grand. And you had Hillary Scott and Audrey Hollander in them.

"This is an absolute true story. He asked Otto can you do these movies for less than Skeeter. I don't know what kevin was thinking. He didn't even pay me a location fee."

According to Skeeter, Ducati released Welcome to the Bunghole #2 even though Hillary Scott hadn't been paid for it.

"Poor Hillary," states Skeeter. "It took her 17 months to get paid."
