Legal challenges are emerging for the independent comedy film Mancation, which is set to feature adult industry performer Bree Olson, whose real name is Rachel Oberlin, and former N’Sync member Joey Fatone. A former producer, Ryan Christopher McCarty, has filed a civil action complaint in New Jersey against Frank Vain and Mancation Movie LLC, seeking $15,000.

Production Disputes and Legal Action

Ryan Christopher McCarty, a former producer for Mancation, filed a civil action complaint in New Jersey on Tuesday against Frank Vain and Mancation Movie LLC. The complaint cites breach of written or oral contract, payment for work performed, and wrongful termination. McCarty is seeking $15,000.

McCarty stated in court filings that he was asked by Frank Vain in the summer of 2010 to assist in securing investors, models, and actors/actresses for a movie scheduled to film in spring 2011. As compensation for his work, McCarty claimed he was to receive 20% of the low-budget movie's earnings, or $30,000.

According to McCarty, he was fired because he "supposedly partied too hard," despite securing the film's lead stars. McCarty stated, "I felt like I was used," and added, "Now I’m hurt and upset and just want what’s owed to me."

Casting and Plot Details

In his complaint, McCarty claimed responsibility for bringing in celebrities such as Joey Fatone, along with adult actresses Bree Olson and Danica Dillan, to be part of the project. McCarty stated he was asked to involve adult film stars in the movie due to his connections. He contacted Danica Dillan, who agreed to participate and expressed excitement about his involvement. Through Dillan, McCarty stated he was able to secure Olson for the film.

Bree Olson's representative confirmed that Olson "has committed to the film." Olson's role in Mancation is described as her first non-adult film role. However, a script draft obtained by E! News indicates that Olson's scenes contain adult activity. Ryan Christopher McCarty, who has since been fired from the film, stated, "Bree has only done porn mainly and no mainstream stuff. It's not porn."

Joey Fatone's representative confirmed that the former 'N Syncer is "closing the deal" to appear in the film. Fatone is set to play the lead character, who is about to get married. Olson will portray Cyndi, Fatone's character's wife. The plot involves Fatone's character returning home to find his fiancé, played by Olson, cheating on him with Dillan's character. Following this discovery, Fatone's character goes on vacation in Atlantic City.

The script draft obtained by E! News describes a scene where Olson's character, Cyndi, is seen performing on her would-be maid of honor with a strap-on accessory. This scene, according to the script, leaves little to the imagination.
