from www.bizjournals.com – Austin photographer Leann Collins is suing magazine publisher Adult Quest of Houston and 10 other unnamed defendants for using nude photographs she took.

The suit claims that the defendants used the photos, which Collins says are copyrighted, in magazines advertising topless bars, swinging clubs and escort services.

The case is Leann Collins v. Doe, 4:10-cv-02882, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas (Houston).
