from www.ocregister.com – A porn star in child-custody fight with motorcycle builder Jesse James — the husband of actress Sandra Bullock — was ordered to spend four months in a halfway house in Oregon after she violated her parole on a tax-evasion conviction.
Janine Lindemulder, James’ ex-wife, was sentenced Wednesday after U.S. District Judge Thomas Coffin found that she had violated her parole. Coffin had ordered her not to associate with felons, to stay out of pornography, and to live in a halfway house; she violated all three conditions.
She married convict Jeremy James Aikman, [pictured] whom she met in one halfway house. She has been kicked out of two halfway houses and continues to perform in explicit nightly Webcasts, she told an Orange County court commissioner last month.
Lindemulder was ordered to report to the halfway house Feb. 5, giving her time for another custody hearing at Lamoreaux Justice Center Feb. 1.
In her last appearance before Commissioner Thomas H. Schulte in Orange County Family Law Court, Lindemulder’s request for weekly overnight visits with her daughter was rejected.
She lost custody of her daughter after she was sent to prison in October 2008 for evading $300,000 in income tax.
Lindemulder has been in the pornography industry for 23 years. She posed in Penthouse in 1987 and was on the cover of Blink-182’s 1999 album “Enema of the State.” James is the owner of the West Coast Choppers motorcycle shop and star of the Discovery Channel show, “Monster Garage.”
Both have ties to Orange County. James lives in Sunset Beach with actress Sandra Bullock, whom he married in 2005. Lindemulder is from Huntington Beach, but is currently living, she wrote in a letter to the court, in a three bedroom house in a “fairly undesirable” part of Hollywood.
