Amy Fisher, the infamous ” Long Island Lolita,” has announced she’ll tour the country — as a high-paid stripper.
On the heels of the October 2007 release of a porn video — and a recent pay-per-view special titled “Amy Fisher: Totally Nude and Exposed” — the 34-year-old Fisher said she plans to perform at least once a month and has an exclusive contract with the Lee Entertainment Network, an agency that does dance bookings for porn stars.
Reportedly, Fisher has already performed at Scores in Baltimore and has shows booked in Denver and Reading, Pa.
The video deal for the porno flick “Amy Fisher Caught on Tape” was done through Red Light District Video.
“I love to dance,” said, “and I’m an exhibitionist. I am going to take this road until my fans tell me, ‘Dear, please put your clothes back on. You’re too old.'”
It was May 19, 1992, that Fisher was catapulted into the national spotlight — and her eventual role as the “Long Island Lolita.” It was then that a 17-year-old Fisher went to the home of her lover in Massapequa and shot his wife, Mary Jo, once in the head.
Buttafuoco survived the shooting. But, as the tale unraveled it was learned that Fisher had begun an affair with Joey Buttafuoco when she was just 16 — and Buttafuoco was 35. This, after the Merrick teen had brought her car to Buttafuoco’s auto body repair shop in Baldwin following an accident.
In the end, Fisher was charged with attempted murder but pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree assault — receiving a sentence of 5-to-15 years. After her release, Fisher became an award-winning columnist for the local Long Island Press and released a 2004 book called “If I Knew Then.”
