Porn lawyer Sonny Probono calls me: "Apparently Anh Tran owner of Wanted List likes taking your money but when it comes to forking it over, he's a little reluctant to part with the buck."

"Tran has filed to appeal the decision rendered against his company Wanted List," Sonny continues.

"Earlier in April, Tran, the flamboyant dealer of mail order rental porn was in the County of Los Angeles Superior Court as defendant against Sandy Bunz of Flashpoint Productions. The honorable judge Mina Fried found for the plaintiff against Wanted List. After overwhelming testimony the honorable judge concluded that Tran was liable for moneys owed Flashpoint and was not honest when it came to his version of the facts as a defendant.

"The judgment was for $2,100.00 plus $92.91 costs on plaintiff's claim," Probono continues.

"The lawsuit was started after Tran bought DVDs at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas. After taking possession of the DVDs, Tran disputed the charges on his American Express account causing detriment to the plaintiff."
