Roselawn, Indiana – Tony Batman will once again pick up his bull horn and head to the Ponderosa Sun Club in Roselawn, Indiana, as the official Talent Coordinator and Guest Host for the annual Nudes-a-Poppin’ www.nudes-a-poppin.com/nap-2008.htm fete, Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20, 2008.
“This is my sixth or seventh year participating in Nudes-a-Poppin’,” reminisced Batman. “I took my bull horn with me about four years ago, just to make the loudest noise when they would ask for crowd response voting. That same night, I got roaring drunk and me and a couple of friends grabbed a golf cart and we were riding it around and around Vanilla Ice’s Star Wagon, yelling ‘Ice, Ice Baby, come out and drink with us!’ From there, it’s become infamous. I’m “Bull Horn Batman” at Nudes-a-Poppin’. It comes in handy when they do the Free for All Photo Shoot. As Official Talent Coordinator, I use the bull horn to yell at the photographers, letting them know which lovely model is stretched out with the tractor and hay bales or what ever, for classic pin-up style shots.”
Batman will join Ron Jeremy, Jessica James, Naomi Knight, WRXQ Show Host, Freak and Blues Traveler front man, John Popper, in hosting the events that comprise this rowdy flesh fest in the Indiana hills.
During the Saturday portion of Nudes-a-Poppin’, celebrants will meet and greet with the contestants for Miss and Mister Nude Galaxy, Miss Nude Showstopper of the Year, Miss Nude Go-Go, Miss Nude Galaxy Feature Beauty, Miss Nude Rising Star, Mr. Nude Showstopper of the Year and Mr. Nude Go-Go contests.
On Sunday, the contestants will warm up with the annual Wet T-Shirt and Itsy, Bitsy Bikini contests, before the title races commence. “The wet t-shirt contest is the highlight of the weekend, but that’s just my opinion,” laughs Batman.
“This event has made the AskMen.com, Stuff [www.stuffmagazine.com] and Playboy Channel [www.playboytv.com] lists as one of the finest festivals and best adult events to put on your ‘Bucket List’, and now that the adult industry has embraced it, it just gets bigger and wilder every year. Last year, over 5,000 people turned out for the event. This is a special trip for me, as this is my first time working with a new investor in A! Entertainment. He’s a Toronto impresario, that I hooked up with a short while back. We have some big things planned, and this is the first one we’re officially working on together,” said Batman.
Among the eclectic selection of celebrity guests reserving Star Wagons for the Nudes-a-Poppin’ weekend, are HBO ‘Family Jewels’ star, Gene Simmons, comics about town Gilbert Gottfried and Andy Dick, ‘Surreal Life’ alumni Corey Feldman and musician Kid Rock.
