One novel bit:

LARRY FLYNT: I know a couple of people associated with Clinton. I was told two or three different times that when the timing’s right, Mr. Clinton would love to have dinner with you. Well, he’s got to be careful where he goes and who he’s seen with, so if it happens, fine. If it doesn’t, that’s okay.

But I ran into him. It was at a fundraiser in Vegas for Jack Carter, Jimmy Carter’s son, who was running for a Senate seat in Nevada in 2006. Clinton came in the room and he recognized me – I was about thirty feet away. He walked directly to me, stuck out his hand, shook my hand, and said, “I just want you to know you’re my hero.”

So, at least, claims Flynt.
