Design and Materials

The P+ Extender Sleeves are constructed from Purio platinum-cured liquid silicone, featuring Blush’s patented UltraSilk satin-smooth finish. This material combination is intended to provide a soft feel while ensuring durable construction. Each sleeve is designed to be 1.5 inches thicker than the natural penis.
