Chicago — Burning Angel is the latest company to file a BitTorrent suit against alleged porn movie pirates.

The suit was filed at federal court in Chicago against 22 individuals for pirating “L.A. Pink”.

In an interview with www.xbiz.com, Joanna Angel [pictured] said that her company has faced the scourge of piracy in a big way because she considers Burning Angel as still a small business.

Burning Angel’s suit seeks court approval to identify John Doe defendants via subpoenas through their Internet service providers.

That strategy has not worked too well in previous cases and just this week a federal judge denied subpoenas based on ISP addresses www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=48330
