Controversial Miss USA 2006 Tara Conner crowned her successor Rachel Smith at the conclusion of the live telecast, while Carmen charmed such celebrity judges as MTV “Total Request Live” VJ and “Entertainment Tonight” Correspondent Vanessa Minnillo, and event producer Donald Trump.

For this sultry North Carolina native, whose recent accolades include an AVN award for Best Group Sex Scene, a CAVR (www.cavr.com) MVP trophy, and a new F.A.M.E.
