from www.laist.com – It seems hard to believe that something like this could happen twice, but here we are: another group of city employees is under investigation for possibly participating in a porn.

NBC Los Angeles reports that LAFD fire trucks were used in movies that feature adult actress Charley Chase wandering around town and flashing people. In one, she makes her way through Venice before eventually happening upon a fire truck — “Look at this fire truck! Isn’t that nice?”, she says — then hops up on it and takes her clothes partially off.

The truck was reportedly parked in two disabled spots, which has officials wondering if the firefighters may have worked with the movie’s producers to give them access to the vehicle. NBC reports:

In one of the movies, shot at Venice Beach, LAFD Engine 263 is used as the backdrop by an actress performing lewd acts…It appears that a group of firefighters are watching the movie being shot.

“I know them,” one man says on camera in the reality-style porn flick. “I’m a firefighter.”

Firefighters “set it all up ahead of time” with “the film crew” because they thought it was “good clean fun,”an insider told NBC4 LA…An insider told NBC4 LA “the battalion chiefs knew. Everyone at the station level knew” about the movie.

Another video with the same premise — Chase walking around and flashing folks — uses a different fire truck in Hollywood as a backdrop. In that video, a firefighter can be heard asking Chase to turn around (she’s facing him at the time, so presumably he wants to take a look at the rear view).

LAFD says they’re investigating why the actress was allowed to have access to the trucks and to roam about freely on them.

On her blog (link NSFW), Chase says that the firefighters had no previous knowledge of the shoot and nothing to do with it. She writes that the filming happened three years ago, and she also expresses her apologies to anyone who got in trouble:

I just want to say that I am soooo sorry to the fire fighters involved. it was not my intentions for any one to get hurt or fired or whatever…The Fire Fighters watched me stroll the beach from a distance, but were NOT involved in us invading the truck…As I said before… there was no set up to that day at all and I tried everything I could to let that be know. That was almost three years ago and it is crazy stupid that this is a problem now.

Earlier this year, an LA DOT employee was fired for participating in a porn movie while on duty. That officer, John Dancler, could be seen fondling an actress in the video while standing in front of his patrol car and wearing his city uniform.
