LOS ANGELES from www.courthousenews.com – A reality show personality has sued the Hollywood gossip Web site TMZ and its parent Time Warner, alongside Juggcash.com, saying they falsely advertised that she was the lead actress in a pornographic video called “Pole Position: Lex POV.”

Plaintiff Rozlyn Papa is a reality television star who recently appeared on “The Bachelor.” She says she wasn’t in “Pole Position.”

She is represented by Roderick Lindblom.

Other defendants include Mansef.com dba Pornhub.com, Peeperz.com, Keezmovies.com, Tube8.com, Extremetube.com and Brazzers.com.
