The latest embarrassing Weiner shot was splashed on the cover of the National Enquirer and dates back to his college days at the State University of Plattsburgh.

A former classmate described Weiner as a “flamboyant figure” who donned the ladies’ undergarments as part of the school’s secret Santa festivities.
