SALT LAKE CITY- Passengers on an interstate “drinking and smoking bus” got into an argument over “who had the larger male sex organ,” which resulted in one disputant, or perhaps claimant, being beaten, kicked in that organ, and photographed, National Interstate Insurance Co. claims in Federal Court.

The man who was assaulted, William Greeson, has filed a separate suit against the bus company and the man who disputed his claim. The interstate nature of the trip, between affiliated “clubs” in Nevada and Utah, caused the insurer to file this suit against Greeson and Jackson-Rock Springs Stages, dba Le Bus, and Fleetwood Services, in a dispute over insurance liability.
