Tribunal Chief Gordon presents Kansas with M57, a male corps operative. Meanwhile, Tribunal analyst Kora Vance discovers an algorithm that can manufacture crime. When Kora steals data and escapes, Gordon unleashes hunters and Bomber, transforming the pursuit into a global spectacle.

Greenwood commented on the production, stating, "We had such a great team and cast on this movie that it made the whole experience incredibly fun." He also noted that working with Abigaiil Morris was a priority for him in 2026, and he was pleased Digital Playground provided the opportunity. Greenwood described Morris as "amazing in this movie" and highlighted the supporting cast, including Little Puck and Van Wylde. He also mentioned Emma Rosie's performance, noting it was her first feature and that she "absolutely held her own alongside some heavy hitters."
