TAMPA, Fla. — According to a www.xbiz.com story, Dirty D, though he’s still out of the country, plans to surrender to Florida authorities next week when he arrives back in the U.S.
He’s being charged with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content.
Dirty D, who maintains innocence in the case, has tapped St. Petersburg, Fla., attorney A.J. Comparetto to represent him in the case.
The actions stem from a “gloryhole” shoot involving porn performer Kelsey Cummings who apparently used a fake ID. According to information supplied, Cummings admits to lying, using a fake ID and has a police record for other misdemeanors.
According to a spokesperson for Dirty D, at the time he found out that Cummings may have used a fake ID, he promptly removed her content from the sites and sent a letter to his affiliates telling them to do the same.
Police were tipped to the case when they received a mailed letter that included photos of Cummings in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com a site operated by Dirty D.
The cops have seized much of Dirty D’s Tampa Bay-based business operations and took cash, videos and 10 terabytes of data.
