TAMPA, Fla. It’s being reported that Dirty D has filed a not guilty plea in a case involving his alleged participation in a 2007 Tampa shoot involving then underaged performer Kelsey Cummings.
D’s attorney Bjorn Brunvand also made a request for discovery according to the www.xbiz.com article which states that Brunvand further asked that the judge reduce Dirty D’s $200,000 bond to $40,000 so that Dirty D could use the difference to pay his legal expenses.
The request was denied because it was argued that Dirty D has the financial means to support his case based on $60,000 in cash which was found in his home during the investigation by Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement officials plus the fact that D’s business has been valued at $1 million.
Dirty D was arrested on March 17 and charged with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child and two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance.
An arraignment is scheduled for Apr. 5.
