Dom’s Prostie Bust Makes Big News

Connecticut [NY Daily News]- It was front-page news in New York yesterday, but Westchester County dominatrix Sandra Chemero managed to keep her arrest for prostitution a secret from her family in Connecticut.

Her elderly father and her daughter were stunned to learn that the New Milford mom was the S&M mistress busted by cops for selling sex after a three-month sting operation.

“That’s a crime?” said a young woman who identified herself as Chemero’s daughter, and gasped when she saw the Daily News headlines about her mother.

“Right now, no comment. I’m still in shock.”

Chemero’s dad said he thought she worked for a computer company in Hartford. When she spent nights away from her upstairs bedroom at the split-level home on a rural drive, she told him she was staying in the state’s capital.

“She doesn’t talk to me about her work,” he said.

Cops say Chemero was involved with computers – she used them to advertise her kinky dungeon in the ritzy town of Bedford. She was arrested Tuesday after allegedly agreeing to sexually service an undercover officer who visited her lair, a sprawling Victorian farmhouse dubbed the Sovereign Estate.

Chemero, 46, rented the 4-acre spread from a local yeshiva, and angry rabbis want to serve her with an eviction notice and force her to remove her whips and chains from the house.

“This is something that fell on our head like a bomb. This is a calamity,” said a teacher named Rabbi Samuel at the K’hal Adas Kashau yeshiva.

He said no one from the school wants to enter the home to remove her belongings, but once she does, they will have to figure an appropriate way to ritually purify the property.

“There’s no standard way to deal with this,” he said. “We’re still in a state of shock. We’ve never heard of such things in our lives.”

Chemero was freed on $200 bond for misdemeanor charges of prostitution and weapons possession. Cops found a stun gun when they raided the house. She faces a March 8 court date.

Bedford Police Lt. Robert Mazurak said he would not release any customer names found in that raid, which came after cops got an anonymous letter alerting them to the Web site.

“It was a surprise for us from the start,” he said. “As we got further into the investigation, we felt a crime had been committed. We hope that this ends that type of activity at that location.”

A makeup artist who briefly worked at the house until she suspected there was more than S&M going on, said Chemero kept the house spotless and kept her gear stashed in the second-floor dungeon.

“The house is beautiful – beautiful kitchen, beautiful living room, a fireplace,” she said. “I used to say to her, ‘What if your landlord ever comes in there?'”
