Evan Seinfeld backs Out of XBIZ Panel?

Woodland Hills- Tuesday’s XBIZ Conference already started off with drama when Evan Seinfeld apparently refused to sit on the same morning panel with Digital Playground’s Ali Joone. At least that was the chatter.

The panel was to address the future for video producers, but whoever booked it probably forgot the past when Tera Patrick and Digital Playground went pirate ship to pirate ship in a legal battle about six years ago over the rights to Patrick’s name. Patrick won.

The Tuesday panel was moderated by XBIZ Premiere editor Steve Javors and included Joone of Digital Playground; Ben Jelloun of Metro Interactive; Marc Bruder of CED; Michael Klein of Hustler; and Sean Holland of New Sensations.
