Someone should tell someone at The Daily Mail that it’s “Shauna Sand.”
from www.dailymail.co.uk – Shauna Sands, formerly married to soap star Lorenzo Lamas, has launched a sexual battery and assault lawsuit against Sam Magid.
Magid allegedly employed the Playboy Playmate as a party planner in October last year, for a reported salary of $20 thousand a month.
But according to the suit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, on Wednesday, Shauna claims she was assaulted on her first day of work.
According to RadarOnline.com, the court documents claim that Magid ‘grabbed’ Shauna’s breasts and ‘demanded’ she ‘engage in sexual intercourse with him.’
‘Plaintiff immediately struggled to be released from Magid’s grasp and verbally rejected his demand for intercourse,’ the lawsuit officially stated.
The mother-of-three’s attorneys explained that she was seeking gainful employment and was ‘appalled’ by Magid’s behaviour.
The lawsuit claimed: ‘Plaintiff believed this was a legitimate employment opportunity and was shocked and appalled at Magid’s actions.’
The 41-year-old is reported to be seeking compensation for ‘punitive damages’ and ‘loss of income’ as well as other costs.
But this is not the first time Magid has been embroiled in a public scandal.
Last year his former friend Lindsay Lohan was a ‘person of interest’ for a theft committed at his home during a dinner party.
The stolen items included a $100,000 worth of watches and designer sunglasses.
After the troubled actress attempted to pass off blame to Andrew Knight, son of Suge Knight, Magid made his own inquiries.
Magid was reported to have reached out to Andrew, who promptly revealed that Lohan had indeed handed him a T-shirt filled with various stolen items during the dinner party.
The young man returned the stolen property on the spot.
