Hmmm. Pelosi. No one blinked an eye when, as Speaker of the House, she earmarked $25M in federal funds for a waterfront redevelopment project that would benefit her husband’s real-estate properties near the Embarcadero in San Francisco, which is home to many restaurants and hotels…
