Porn Valley- Edward Parry has been named business development manager for
Bryanston Distributors. Bryanston is Arrow Production’s, www.xxxdeepthroat.com sister company in the mainstream.
And Ultimate Force, www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=24074 Bryanston’s big release this year aimed at the UFC fans, was released this week. According to Parry, sales have been very brisk both in Walmart and Best Buy.
On November 13 in association with BCI / Navarre Corporation Ultimate Force will also be released on both HD and Blu-ray, he says.
“We have successfully released more than a dozen feature films over the
last 12 months,” states Parry. “And we are now actively financing, acquiring and distributing new titles. We have also been in talks with a major studio for a joint production. We couldn’t wait to grow so we started big.”

“We’re also working on a very large deal that’s about to close,” adds Parry. “It will really be interesting. We actually have released 14 or 15 movies this year. They’re also in the stores.”
“And Arrow’s been doing great with this Deep Throat energy drink, www.deepthroatenergy.com,” Parry continues. “I think it’s an absolute winner [with great novelty value, besides] and we’re getting a lot of interest. It’s selling very well.”
Parry says the same glut of movies affecting the adult buiness is seen in the mainstream arena as well.
“It’s the same with the B-movie business- there’a a lot of movies out there,” observes Parry. “I get something like 100 independent movies a month sent to me to look at. Some of them are dreadful. Some of them got hope. But finding one that’s viable for theatrical release or DVD release is very hard. There’s so many disasters.”
“We’ve also put out some pretty interesting titles: horror packs, sexploitaion packs; comedy packs and musicals. Some that were owned by the old Bryanston. Some that we brought in and I made deals on. And that’s what we’re doing at the moment. We’re actively and aggressively looking for movies to buy.”
