Virginia- A Virginia Congressman is trying for the fourth time to outlaw most forms of Internet gambling.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) reintroduced the Internet Gambling Prohibition Act last week, in hopes of wiping out what has become a $12 billion a year industry - off-shore casinos taking bets from Americans.

Goodlatte blamed disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff for derailing his previous attempts to stifle Americans' ability to place a casino or sports bet at the click of a mouse.

Abramoff has pleaded guilty to fraud and bribery charges in connection to his representing Indian casino interests on the Hill.
