Porn Valley- Want to lose 70 pounds real quick? It ain’t the Atkins Diet, baby. This afternoon I spoke to Harry Weiss who’s on the mend from emergency surgery last week. Weiss had been feeling run down from a recent bout with the flu but it turned out to be more serious then he thought. He began retaining fluids and was advised by a specialist to go to the hospital immediately. “They put me through admissions and right into the ER,” says Weiss who had a hard time getting over the flu. “Whatever virus I had was causing swelling and retention of water. I had fluid in my lungs. That kicked off a signal to my heart and whatever the heart was putting out, it was telling my body to save as much fluids in the cells as possible.” For two months, Weiss was literally blowing up. “Hugely. I was getting bigger exponentially.” According to Weiss, they had to get the fluids out of him and did a procedure Monday to make sure there were no bloodclots in the area. They basically kick started the heart back into a regular rhythm,” he says. Weiss is on the mend and working conservatively until he gets his strength back. “But I was going crazy in the hospital room,” he says. “I got some calls and some visits that were very nice. But I’m ready to start working again.” In all, Weiss says the medicos took about 70 pounds off of him in the last five days. “This is not fun to go through. The difference is with fat it’s soft and it’s flab. When you’re retaining fluids, it presses against the skin It’s hard. It’s not soft tissue. And there were some blood thinners they had to give me right through the stomach. It hurt like hell. All’s well except I’m sitting on a huge medical bill right now. So I’m looking for work. I’ll take extra p.r. work now, no problem.”
Weiss says the procedure is scary in that they insert probes in you. “When they say they’re going to kick start your heart your imagination starts running.” Currently Weiss is working off of seven different prescriptions. “It’s a whole balancing act. I’ll be on that for a little while. At least I’m still here- I guess.” Weiss is on a low sodium diet. “Put it this way- I’m eating more cottage cheese than I used to.”
> Stoney Curtis writes on www.pornstarperformance.com: Last year we had her booked to sign for us in Vegas, then she calls me up right before the show to say she has decided to sign for someone else. We had to scramble to get another girl, but it worked out and we signed a girl that was younger anyway. But the point is we lost money on printed advertisements for CES and she could care less. She burned a brige with us. Never shot her again!!!
Nickey Milo writes: Booked Ava Ramon for the second time, this time on a boy girl tease video and at 5pm she called to say she tested positive for clamydia, spelling i am sure, but that is funny. Even funnier that the day before she was shooting boy girl. POOR GUY, Maybe she is running out of options cause she is listed with about 10 agencies including an ad on sexy jobs. Wake up Ava before it is too late… Give me a break… Hope she is not working the next few days…
Erin Sky writes on PSP: Sergio was booked for a scene yesterday and was a no show. When he was called for his call time and location he told me he needed the earliest scene that I could give him in the morning. So stupid me I rearrange my shoot to accommodate his needs and give him the 10:30 slot. So at about 10:35 when he was not there yet I call him to see where he was he tells me that his call time was 2:00pm. His call time never was at 2:00pm because he specifically wanted the morning shoot. Then I find out he is shooting for Alicia Silvers Company at 10:00am.
What a jerk this guy is. How can you ask for a specific time to shoot then double book yourself and try to say my call time is later that day after asking for the morning shoot. I will never book this guy again. I have only booked him for two shows and both times he only wants the morning scene and to have someone flake after having special request is pretty messed up. I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN….Cindy Crawford flake. First time back after JKP contract and is a no show. Thank you Cindy.
Does any of the talent out there understand how much money is put into a production? Do they know that when they flake it cost money on crew and location or do they just not care?
