The roles of Barbie and Ken in the parody are played by Christy White and Sakis Dermatis, respectively. Christy White is a former contestant on "Greece’s Next Top Model" and was a 2023 AVN nominee for Best New International Starlet. Sakis Dermatis is an emerging stud.
Innaki explained that White and Dermatis were considered "obvious candidates" within the SugarBabes team due to their appearance, which she described as resembling "real life Barbie & Ken dolls." She also mentioned that significant resources were invested in the project, and the team viewed White and Dermatis as a "safe bet" who would "deliver as they always do."
The movie was shot from Ken’s point of view (POV). The feature begins with a voice-over in which Ken expresses his immediate attraction to Barbie upon seeing her. The narrative then follows Ken as he prepares to go to the beach with other Kens, anticipating the arrival of the Barbie squad and intending to make his move.
