Jesse and his troubled porn star baby mama Janine Lindemulder have been at war for years — but Monday, an Orange County, CA judge ruled in favor of Jesse.

Jesse currently lives in Austin, TX — and his lawyer told People.com that if Janine moves to the Lone Star state to be near Sunny, she’ll be ordered to complete an inpatient rehab first.

The lawyer says if Janine stays in California, she’ll only get monitored visitation.
