BERLIN, GERMANY – In promoting their annual adult convention, the organizers of Germany’s Venus Berlin trade fair are fond of saying that the ladies of adult “represent everything our industry stands for: business, power, and sex appeal.”

No where was this more evident than at the Paradise Film Entertainment, GmbH and Wicked Pictures / Vouyer Media booths this year as Wicked Girls jessica drake and Carmen Hart shared their superstar beauty with retailers, fans, and press from around the world. They were joined on their publicity-intensive journey by Wicked President and Owner Steve Orenstein and VP of International Sales and Licensing Steven Vlottes.

Promoted as the global “center for sex and erotica,” Venus Berlin featured over 400 exhibitors from 35 countries, but the booths featuring the gorgeous Wicked celebutantes always seemed to boast the longest autograph lines.

True to their images as perpetual press magnets, jessica and Carmen found themselves surrounded by a crush of paparazzi whether they were making the scene on their own or in the company of Video Marc Dorcel contract beauties Melissa Lauren and Yasmine. The relentless whirlwind of publicity saw the two Wicked Girls granting interviews to Dutch television, Hot Video and scores of other adult publications, and such high-profile pop culture media outlets as Beaute Ushe and Canal Plus.

With 30,000 consumers and 700 representatives from the international press in attendance, the Wicked adulation only intensified after the opening night’s prestigious film awards ceremony saw Carmen winning the coveted “ELINE” award for Best International Newcomer. The evening was something of a one-two punch for the Wicked ladies, as their critically acclaimed hit Mobster’s Ball was also nominated for Best U.S. Film. This marked the second year in a row that the Wicked Girls have walked away with trophies, as jessica snared Best Actress at the 2006 show.

Whether they were causing a riot on the red carpet outside, enjoying the fun with fans and friends inside, or stealing the spotlight on the awards show stage, there’s no denying that power players jessica drake and Carmen Hart were all business when it came to bringing some Wicked sex appeal to the 2007 Venus Berlin trade fair!
