The initiative was designed to recognize frontline retail professionals who educate customers, recommend products, and build trust between brands and consumers inside specialty retail stores.

One of the most memorable moments of the campaign came with the awarding of the $5,000 grand prize to Osiris Hancock, an Adam & Eve Stores employee. Hancock expressed his gratitude for the unexpected win and plans to use the money to buy a van.
